Only two sinks available: a round, deep shape and a rectangle shape. I picked my counter and the round sink. Hanna (assist. Mgr.) suggested the rectangle but I needed round--she took notes. Later, Hanna (Assist. Mgr.) tried to talk my daughter and I into the rectangle. I was firm with my round choice. My contractor picked up the materials and installed them in the bathroom. Guess what I got!!! Yep, as new and pretty as my new bathroom is, I ended up with that damned rectangle sink which I am stuck with forever. I was really careful about this, but she got me!

The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!

We met with Ryan, who was extremely nice, and showed us around with what our options were, including remnants and full pieces. We almost immediately found a remnant that was exactly what we were looking for. We finished our shopping experience with Amanda, who clearly knew her stuff. She could name any stone and any manufacturer with a quick glimpse at a photo. We picked up our countertop today, and we could not be more happy. We also went with one of their sinks. Still have to finish the backsplash, but this is our progress so far. The quality is unsurpassed by anything you would find at Lowe's or Home Depot. The price was much lower than we expected to pay. They offer full service, or do it yourself, and are very upfront with the prices about both. We will definitely be going back to Stone Pros from now on. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them. We hired Dave to do our kitchen remodel. He measured our kitchen on two separate occasions to be…read moresure he had it right. ‍ He Never once mentioned, our new cabinets would be much smaller than the old ones that were in their place. That left major damage all around the drywall that he intended for us to take care of. He installed drawers ( he put together himself ) that are dovetailed but forced together and all cracked & splintered. He hung a cabinet door where you could not open it fully because it hit the light switch on the wall causing damage to the door. The cabinet underneath the kitchen sink has doors hung crooked and they do not come together. There are many other minor repairs & moulding pieces that need to be attached. He now says he wants his final payment. (The last $3700 owed). We've already paid him nearly $10,000 but he wants final payment before the job is finished. He does shoddy work and is very difficult to communicate with, we would NOT RECOMMEND him for any job!
