I set up an appointment for one specific time then received a text confirming that time. Then shortly before my appointment received another text with an earlier time. I showed up for the original time and was chastised by Grant for not being on time. I explained the confusing texts but he arrogantly refused to give me the benefit of the doubt. I left there insulted and unhappy. I left a poor review as a result of the treatment and instead of apologizing for THEIR ERROR, he insulted my character in his response review.
