True Vine is one of the greatest blessings ever bestowed upon me. They made me believe in miracles again -- literally and figuratively. I first called True Vine on a day when I had nowhere else to turn. I was in 10/10 pain. After doing virtual reality boxing, I completely misaligned my lower back. Two discs shifted and were pinching nerves. I couldn't sit. I couldn't lay down. I couldn't move without excruciating pain. I was 28 years old and six months away from my wedding -- and I genuinely thought I might not even be able to have my first dance. Dr. Kevin was in Costa Rica at the time, but the staff immediately stepped in. Dr. Marisol was slammed, yet Tirsa -- by the grace of God -- got me in that same day and took my X-rays. Oh where do I begin with this dishonest business. This place hits you with nothing but sales pitches after sales pitch. I almost felt like I walking into a Pyramid Scheme with the level of dishonesty. First they sign you up for all these extra services like X-rays, scans, and all this nonsense without doing a cost break down. Then when you are unsure about the Xray they sit you down and pressure you into getting it. Then the whole time when you come to get an adjustment you would think the spine scan would be included but nope... $20 to press a scanner gun then another $45 for a 5 minute adjustment that doesn't do anything with some drop down table. But, thats after the first few appointments, first round they already robbed you of a few hundred bucks from your account before you even got to first adjustment. I think before I realized how disingenuous with whole business was they already stripped $2000 from my account and I was still suffering from discomfort after their '90 day plan' was complete. Whole time I tell them Im not feeling better and all i get is "just give it some time" all while they withdrawal $65 a pop from my account. This place should be reported! The cute girls at the front desk and candy on the birthday isnt enough to smooth this over. BTW, I'm not a bot or a troll. ;) Nothing True about 'Fake Vine Scammopractic.' read more

From the moment you walk into True Vine Chiropractic you feel like family. From the welcoming staff to the overall positive environment even the aesthetic of the office makes you feel relaxed and at home. I've been to a few chiropractors before and my family and I have been getting adjusted here for a month now and every time we go the adjustment is never quite the same. Dr. Kevin really personalizes each adjustment to your exact needs that moment(as you get a scan before each adjustment and after) and I can't tell the difference throughout my day. Big waste of money. I feel almost robbed. I should have known better when I was getting red flags at the start. All these sales pitches and all these meetings and assessments and of course they said you may or may not need an xray. But since it's $150 to get one. Lone and behold to no surprise of course they want you to take the xray. Few hundred bucks down to tube and no adjustments. Then when you do get one its like you are in line on a conveyor belt for your quick wham bam 5 minute "adjustment" and you walk out like nothing was done and feeling the same fot another $45 charge. Then when you ask question all they do is tell you it takes time before you feel results all while charging you money... total rip off. Then they have you take this silly heat map scan and everytime they are charging you another $20 each time and of course the computers heat map changes even when they take the scan seconds apart but the claim it's to track your progress but for some reason you still leave feeling the same. Then when you want to quit the service they put you in a room like its a time share to you ask if you are sure blah blah. Lol. Find a real chiropractor. read more

I've had an excellent experience with Dr Kevin and his entire staff. I had only been to one chiropractor once before and really didn't know what to expect. I arrived experiencing intermittent back pain and am a golfer. The treatments Dr Kevin provided have relieved me of that back pain and I have resumed golfing and the pain is still gone. A pain that developed in my right wrist was addressed promptly as well, and was feeling better within 24 hours. I've been very pleased with my experience and recommend it. Dr kevin is passionate about chiropractic care and it's benefits. However, the price of $21 dollars is a bait and switch. Then it's $150 for x-ray and lesson on chiropractic but no adjustment. Basically $171 for X-ray that according to most chiropractors is not needed at first visit. That $171 does not include adjustment. Adjustment is another $70. Total for one adjustment is $241. If you really want to get people excited and into chiropractic care then why not make the first month an introductory rate (low cost) and the person/client can see/feel/experience the benefit. That's not how he does it. After the $271, treatments range from $70 down to $45 depending on how you pay. He sells a year package. Pay a full year in advance and you get the lowest rate. He invites 8-10 people in for his sales pitch that you pay $171 dollars for. It's really misleading. Everyone is different, not everyone needs a year or can pay that much up front, and there is no way to know if Dr Kevin can help you. He just wants you to " trust him". That's hard to do after the bait and switch. A complete chiropractic screening basically means a questionnaire of your medical history. Unfortunately, I can't rationalize that in any way to be complete healthcare screening. It's a self answered questionnaire. Again, appears to be nice person and perhaps it's not intentional but the idea of one adjustment for $241 is just too high. Then wanting between 1700-2400 based on "trust". Sorry I can't trust that much. I prefer a company that uses an introductory price that can cover the overhead while proving the benefits of chiropractic. I understand the costs of doing business such as a lease on brick and mortar, and lease or purchase of an x-ray machine, etc. Additionally, telling unconfirmed stories about a patient that consumes 24 different medications daily and reduced down to two after chiropractic care while also saying heart disease and diabetes were cured, is a bit too much salesmanship. Could those claims be true? Absolutely, but is every patient going to have such miraculous results? Not likely. Perhaps, it's me but I prefer show me, not tell me. Offer an introductory rate that allows the patient to experience the benefits. Then go to normal rates where you can make solid profits. Also share the prices up front. No small writing. When people are aware of what they are receiving they are fine paying for it. Again, it's a family business and they do appear to be nice people. The employee, the mother and wife all came across as genuine caring and kind people. Dr. Kevin may just just be trying too hard. Perhaps he believes the bait and switch routine is the best way because it's the only way he knows. He may be the best chiropractor in the world and my wife was certainly hoping he was but bait and switch prices caused us to "not trust". Some folks may be okay with that sales approach that's up to you. We posted on his Facebook ad and rather than reaching out and discussing he simply removed our posting. No attempt to discuss the issue. Accordingly, we feel that he may not be what he purports to be and we clearly feel that he was not worth the money. My wife and I just feel like he took advantage because she was in pain and was seeking a chiropractor. We will find someone that does not try to give us the "one day special" that's only good today sales pitch. Very disappointed. read more

At first I thought that chiropractors were only for people who had bad accidents. I had no idea that chiropractic care is so important until I came to True Vine. OMG! Dr. Kevin and his staff not only treat, but educate their clients. I went in because I had been having neck and shoulder pain for quite some time. Sometimes the feeling in my left arm would go completely numb. I described to Dr. Kevin what was going on. What I really like about this practice is that they take thorough xrays and thermal imaging to really see what exactly is going on BEFORE touching you, they dont just guess and push and pull on you. After the first adjustment, I could feel my blood circulating through my left arm. I feel better than I have in a long time. I will definitely continue on with my care plan with Dr. Kevin. read more

This is absolutely an amazing practice. Dr. Kevin truly cares for his patients and takes the time to ask you extensively about your pain and evaluate you before you get adjusted. He also educates you on the important of consistent adjustments. When I started seeing Dr. Kevin I was pregnant with my second child. I was suffering from sever migraines on a every other day basis and awful lower back pain due to the pregnancy. Shortly after getting on a care plan with Dr. Kevin my migraines started to become less and less and now have been gone for almost a year and for my lower back pain he kept me comfortable until I could have my daughter. Shortly after I gave birth I couldn't wait to go see him to realign my back and hips from child birth and the constant hunching over. Both our kids also see Dr. Kevin he especially helped our daughter who would go days with out a bowl movement but would go guaranteed after Dr. Kevin adjusted her.
