Rude, poor communication. Everyone that leaves a poor review they say they were never in their office. Unfortunately, I was in their office and was subjected to rude treatment. I set up an appointment for one specific time then received a text confirming that time. Then shortly before my appointment received another text with an earlier time. I showed up for the original time and was chastised by Grant for not being on time. I explained the confusing texts but he arrogantly refused to give me the benefit of the doubt. I left there insulted and unhappy. I left a poor review as a result of the treatment and instead of apologizing for THEIR ERROR, he insulted my character in his response review. Now he wants me to remove my review since he subsequently has been getting more one star reviews. read more

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, which immediately put me at ease. The office itself is clean, calming, and well-organized--creating a great first impression. Dr. Ella took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns and provided a detailed explanation of what was causing my discomfort. She didn't just jump into treatment but first performed a thorough assessment looking at my x-rays to ensure she fully understood my needs. The adjustments were done with such care and precision. I've seen multiple chiropractors in the past (due to traveling and having issues since I was 17) but none have been as effective in both explaining and treating my specific issues. I could feel the difference after just one session, and over time, I've noticed significant improvements. I love the fact that she is using the alternative method as well the manual adjustments. Not all chiropractors are alike. Both Dr Grant and Dr Ella are tireless in continuing to provide excellent adjustments with updated practices. They both complete whole body adjusting as I've had my knee and wrist adjusted as well. I'm encouraged to get monthly adjustments to keep tuned but have never felt pushed to come multiple times a week. My job puts me at a computer all day and the stress sits between my shoulders and low back. I've been shown exercises and stretches to help keep my visits to a minimum. Dr. Grant Schneider is great. He was straightforward & honest with his medical opinion stating that the patient doesn't have to see him but should see someone for ongoing treatment for more chronic problems. The wait times were very short! The parking lot is small but you can park in the adjacent shopping center lot which has plenty of space. The massage therapist Joan had a skilled & strong touch which made me feel so much better after other massages leave me in pain or just the same as before. I went to see Grant, who is the Chiropractor and owner of this practice. I was skeptical at 1st about having x-rays, etc. I was in a lot of pain and he spent a lot of time with me explaining the results and treatment he recommended. I went 3 days a week for 5 weeks and each time I felt better but would be sore. Grant gave me exercises to do at home, which I did faithfully. I swim for an hour everyday which is very therapeutic! I'm now 95% free of pain and see Grant on a once or twice a month basis to stay adjusted. He's an amazing Chiropractor who I absolutely love! Dr. Grant does a great job and he never abandons his patients. He will do a thorough overview, will not make assumptions, and will actually let you speak! A great doctor for the whole family and he really cares, he has been seeing me as a patient for at least 8 years now. The office, staff, and wife Ella do such a good job staying in touch with the patients, making sure you are feeling better, and coming up with solutions that will work. I was nervous about finding a new chiro and never had my back "cracked" before for an adjustment. I couldn't have found a better doctor in Florida. I got very lucky. Dr. Grant has impeccable bedside manner. I swear he even answers the phone sometimes. He truly cares about his patients and their health. He takes the time to explain treatments and stretches and ways to improve your overall being and alleviate back pain. I've always had short wait times. When you make appointments the receptionists are super friendly. They have free coffee in the waiting room. I have never had a massage here so I can't review that but I know they have a groupon if you don't have health insurance for a massage, X-ray and adjustment consult. read more

Wow. I honestly didn't expect results that fast. Just after the first session I can move my head back without any pain! It had been impossible for so many years despite yoga and a super healthy life style. I want to stress here how we settle for discomfort without even knowing that it is possible to feel soooo much better!! Until we do. And this is why I decided to write this review after my first visit, because I'm that impressed with the results. Greg took care of my and my boyfriend after we got into a car accident.
