I only have good things to say about this center, and all of their staff that have worked there through-out those five years. Our family and granddaughter have wonderful memories from daycare there from trunk r treating at Halloween time, to Christmas parties, and themed weeks, etc. We are also thankful they had a pre-school graduation with cap and gown for her, because her kindergarten class in elementary school did not offer that, so at least she got to have that experience with Beach Babies.

Very relaxing and was about 45 minutes or maybe an hour. The manicure, well...let's just say, you don't want polish and it's beyond basic. Nails trimmed, that's about it. Pedicure, same as the manicure, beyond basic and you really don't want the nail polish. The deep conditioning and hair cut took quite a while but they did a decent job. Unfortunately, they don't keep their appointment times. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and I didn't get called for 45 minutes after my appointment time. After already having a long day, I was not happy to have had to wait this long. You get what you pay for, but I'd return, just need to plan to be there all day.

Then the shampoo before the conditioning treatment for the hair. The shampoo was absolutely one of the best I have had. The cholesterol conditioner was applied and a cover placed on my head. Next was the mani and pedi. The only thing is that they don't have the regular pedicure chairs so it is very old school with a foot basin and an office chair, not very comfortable. Keep in mind is a very basic regular pedi and mani not the spa type. As Alex mentioned she liked doing the pedis and manis but did not like the color polishing so it wasn't the best polish job. But practice will help. Next came the rinsing and another shampoo. Did I mention how good she shampooed my hair! And to finish the Queen for a Day treatments a full blow out. I really liked the the way Alex did my hair. It is very fine but looked nice and fluffy. These services are performed by the students with supervision by their instructors. I would return again as it was enjoyable , relaxing and a fun afternoon. Alex had an amazing personality and I wish her luck in her future endeavors!

There may have been a little bit of talking behind our backs (but in front of our faces, with conversation slightly hidden). My P.A. Eric was the BEST. I could not have asked for a better provider. He was exactly the kind of health care specialist I needed, and wanted. If I ever need procedural or emergent health care again, I hope to again have someone just like him. There was a cell phone plug in locker station. This was an excellent touch. The registration gal (Filipina lady) was also great. Very personal, thoughtful, and went the extra mile to do things outside her strict job description to help a literally traumatizing experience be much better. Please recognize these excellent employees. Also, do consider working toward improving your HRC performance in practice. Though the wrong pronoun was not necessarily used with negativity, the staff's awareness could be honed in a touch better.
