Absolutely love this center! My child just finished Kindergarten and her teacher was so impressed at how ready she was. My daughter had gone to Kids Cottage since she was 4 months old. We loved every teacher and each teacher always had my child's best interest in mind. I was extremely comfortable dropping my child off every day. **********I initially tagged Kids Cottage in this but they blocked me to remove their tag. Talk about accountability. I had my son on the Kids Cottage waiting list for over a year and called periodically to check on our status. After all that time, I was told today when calling to follow up, they had supposedly called me on 5/12 to offer us a spot. I checked my phone records, and there was no incoming call from Kids Cottage on that date. They also claimed they attempted to leave a voicemail but couldn't because my mailbox was full, which is untrue considering my voicemail has never been full. I spoke directly with Megan, who said she made the call and documented it. Based on my phone records, either the wrong number was called or the documentation was inaccurate. I even offered to bring my Verizon records to verify that no call was received, but I was told it would be "pointless." Instead of acknowledging the possibility of an error or working toward a reasonable solution, the only option they offered was to place us back at the very end of the waiting list, meaning another one to two years of waiting. After contesting that Megan rudely stated that we are banned from Kids Cottage and hung up on me. Very professional. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service from the administrative staff was extremely disappointing. If this is how they handle something as important as enrollment, it raises serious concerns about their organization. While I'm frustrated that we lost over a year waiting due to an administrative mistake on their end, I'm ultimately relieved my son won't be attending a daycare that handles families this way or doesn't train their staff appropriately. read more

I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. Management is horrible. The director is OK with her teachers being rude and bullies. I had a problem with one of the teachers and instead of the director having a conversation with the parents and the teacher she refused. She thought it was a better option to talk to us separately. One of the problems I had with the teacher is she sent my Child's underwear home with literally poop in it. Another problem that I had was knew that my potty trained yet she sent him home in underwear and I didn't know about it until he had an accident. This teacher does not know how to communicate. The way she dresses is inappropriate for a daycare center.I said something to the director her response back to me was this isn't an excuse, but I think she picked up bad habits from the other teacher that was there for years! (She works in the school district now ) my child didn't even belong in this class. It was for the older four-year-old. My kid just turned three in August and when I asked why the teachers weren't moved, so my kid could go to his class that he's supposed to be, I was told she likes the teachers where they're at . if you go on Google the assistant director gave Kids Cottage a five star review yet she has no kids. It's a shame because this place is really nice, but it is ran so poorly by management. Management gossip about other employees to other employees. they even gossip about all the children and the the parents To each other. I literally had a teacher tell me that they all really need to stop gossiping about children to each other . They also will call me and tell me my child has a fever. I'll come pick my child up. Took my child straight to the doctors. No medicine was given and the doctor tells me my child has no fever. My pediatrician told me the same thing about Kids Cottage and another parent has gone through the same thing. I also told the director that I was pulling my oldest child out of there because of this teacher, and because I said that to her she insisted on kicking my baby out as well. I come in there to pick up my children The assistant Director gets in my face will not let me go grab my children deletes me off this app called brightwheel I don't know the last time my baby ate. I don't know the last time my baby was changed. This director treated me like this 5 years ago when this lady decided to grab my child after I told her to get off my child. the director threatens to kick me and my child out one of the teachers literally grabs my child and tells the director to stop that she's scaring the children Never got an apology. Never got talked about it again. I even wrote the owner and never even got a response back. I was even asked last year to write a review on Kids Cottage by management! read more

They are very expensive. A lot of hidden fees. We were not impressed with their camp weeks. They did nothing with my granddaughter in camp that aligned with the week they were promoting. Most the time they just threw my granddaughter outside to play on the playground. On the 3rd day of camp an adult stole my granddaughter's sweater out of her cubby. Kids Cottage "claim" to have working camera's. They were very aware that the sweater was stolen and by whom, they told us so, but refused to do anything to get it back for us or tell us who did it so we could get it back. Also there seemed to be no one monitoring who was coming and going from the daycare. There was no sign in sheet to use when you drop off or picked up your child. There always seemed to be new staff members at the front desk and in the classrooms when we dropped off and picked up our granddaughter. Twice we could not pay for camp week, and had to come back the next day to pay, because the girls at the front desk said they were new and did not know how to take payment. Arrived for first time to inquire about rates and take tour. Sadly, I was turned away by front desk staff with only two brochures. Not a great start for a potential consumer of their services. I guess Beach Babies will be more inviting and accepting to promote their services. read more

They are in the business of blaming a 3 year old for his/her behavior vs actually providing care for your child. I would strongly encourage all to go elsewhere. read more

The drop in hours are great! We were visiting and wanted to drop the kids off on a rainy day. Kids cottage was very clean and reasonably priced! Both the 6 yo and 2 yo seemed to enjoy their afternoon here. Will definitely keep this in mind next time we want to visit the outlets kid-free. read more
