Called to get information regarding their services and the gentleman who answered could not have been less interested. His tone was dry and disconnected. My first statement was "i'm not familiar with your services, can you tell me what you offer?" and his response was "we're a law office." That told me everything I needed to know. Just over a year ago, I was scared and lost. I wanted to get a out of a 13 year marriage. With children involved, I was terrified and had no idea what I was up against. You hear horror stories about father's being taken advantage of financially. Custody battles that are just brutal. Quite frankly it's very frightening when you hear these stories and apply them to yourself. I found ERFDF where I talked to Cam. He is so cool, calm and collected. Equal right divorced for fathers in las Vegas is awful. 6 years ago they helped me with my child custody case. I go in on a Friday and just need a child support motion filed, not a hard thing to do. Scott tells me to come back Monday with all of the info, which I did. He said motion would be 200 bucks. I get their Monday with everything and he looks it over and then refers me out saying" he has clients to help and can't do it " . I had the 200 cash ready to pay him. They used to want to help dads and I wasn't looking for a handout. It's now just a lawyers office so they should change their name. In no way does the staff want to help dads. A child support motion and I have all documents ready and they refer me to tabitha for 350 dollars . Why even have an office, if you don't want to assist paying dads???? Don't go here it's a waste of time and all they will do is screw you over. stay away !! read more

We called first and asked them how much to help on a specific form (We told them what form). They said $200-$250. So me and my boyfriend made plans and left early from work before they closed. Obviously, I didn't go in, based on the reviews so I waited in the car. My boyfriend was in and out of there in 15 minutes. While he was in there I read the review and I was calling him to let him know that a recent review said they will just refer you to a lawyer. He didn't answer. I'm assuming he was talking to the people inside... I mean come on now. We spoke over the phone. If you couldn't help with this specific form then why tell us you did? So F-ing annoying. I first went to ERDF in 1995-96 I already had custody of my daughter, but my brand new wife needed a meal ticket, surprise I had a son. I had no understanding of Hypergomy... (google it) So I found myself in a familiar situation, needing help. I called ERDF In those days you couldn't go on you tube and search "MGTOW" So ERDF's was what we had. They will help you, help yourself. (Emphasis on you.) I did my own filing, and service, wrote the easy motions etc. So when Ryan gets on here complaining how he couldn't get a motion last minute, I would ask him "how did you not learn how to write a simple motion in the last 6 years?" These guys play the bitter old i hate women card. Sitting that office you watch the Secretary get verbally abused and yelled at just about everytime i have been there. The guy heading that place up is angery at women. The family courts can care less about their angry stance at women. The lawyer they refered me to was cheap and it showed in court. I needed them to file a new motion to be seen in court to drop my case. I was put in a situation where i couldnt afford to continue to fight because i was ordered to pay 1650 a month in child support. After hearing i want to drop my case they refused service to me even after i donated 300 dollars to them. I was then attacked by Earnest outside. These people are a joke. They are not about equal rights and have too angry of a perspective on women and really have to much anger and hate to bring to a court case to show that you as a father can peacefully resolve issues through mediation. Again they are just a glorified paralegal service who hate women. In family court anger will not get you jack and thats what these people bring to the table is anger and hatred towards women. i went here for legal help i had tons of evidence against my psychotic ex....! Not one person looked through my evidence (that should have been my first clue!) they give you very basic legal advice they at least help you get a court date set up and inform you of which judges are good and bad that is the best of their services the motions they write up are well worded however you are able to provide evidence in these motions something i was never informed of and as i said not one person cared to look through my 3 inch binder of evidence and papers the lawyers they refer you to are not all that great either my first lawyer was "Miley" this guy is a joke he was aggressive and only knows a little of the law and did not care to look through my binder of evidence(should have walked out right then and there) i got counsel from a second lawyer before court and was informed with joint custody that both parties owe support jobless or not $100 is owed i informed him of this and he did not pursue it my following lawyer (who i got the counsel from) was Maria A. Maskall she checked my binder which i was happy about got me the reduction in support and a few things straightened out but was not very aggressive and still used nothing of my evidence! Yes equal rights will walk you through some steps but beyond getting the court date set up you are not any better off with these guys then by yourself you need to consort with multiple lawyers and understand your rights and what is available to you i got screwed following these guys thinking they were there to help me in every way possible assuming they knew what my rights actually were next court date thats set up i will have a real lawyer and ALOT better knowledge basis! read more
