Way to make a sick person feel even better. I ended up having a UTI but because they were just needing to check me off the list, they did not do a urine culture and ended up giving me the wrong antibiotics that the bacteria is resistant to. I ended up getting worse because of it. When the doctor came to tell me I tested positive for the UTI, he did not even step all the way into the room. He stood halfway in the doorway and told me "Yep, UTI. Your medicine was sent in." And that was it. He never came in before that amazing encounter either. I knew I had a UTI. It's pretty easy to tell by the symptoms. I just went to urgent care so I could get the meds to take care of it and they couldn't even do that for me.

They were the only patients there so they said she could stay and they would treat her. Unfortunately, we now wish they had just gone to the other location. The difficulty began when the doctor/bully came in to see her. While waiting in the room alone, she had a mask on, but felt as if she was going to pass out, so she pulled the mask down to get air. When the doctor came in he belittled her for not having it on and then literally demanded that she take off the mask. She is not an outwardly emotional person, but as she told me this story, she couldn't stop crying. She was also berated for coughing after taking deep breaths even after she warned him that it was very painful for her to do it and she would most likely cough as a result. The silly thing is my deaf grandpa could've heard the rattling in her chest because it was that loud. This experience was not just a case of poor bedside manner- his rude, mean, and dismissive behavior was beyond unprofessional, it was completely unacceptable. I have already submitted an official complaint, but I wanted to post this review here in the hopes that it helps someone else avoid a horrible experience.

During this, I was lying undressed on the table and multiple doctors walked in and out without knocking. A male front desk person walked in (didn't knock) while I was fully uncovered. He proceeded to walk in again without knocking while I was getting dressed. One of the doctors suggested they call an ambulance to bring me to the ER and said that they think I have a blood clot in my lungs. They were talking to me like I was literally about to keel over.
