No update & no communication on a delay. * I wait 3 days (giving them some grace b/c of holiday). No update. I called and again promised a diagnostic on Friday evening. No call back. *Called the next day Friday, another person said they will do diagnostic & call me back. No call back. *Called Monday to get an update. Someone said it needs a new camera but don't have that part and I need to wait a couple of days. *Called Wednesday, they don't have the part still and said another few days. *Call Friday, again waiting for part. *Called following Monday, 'they should get the part Tuesday and I'll get may phone Tuesday. I stopped at the local store for my carrier and they didn't have anything in stock except the big expensive ones. Same for Best Buy. However when I asked about getting my phone fixed, they both recommended this place and said it was legit. So I stopped in, figuring the repair would be more than the $100 I paid for the phone. They quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted $60 to fix it and told me to stop back in 45 minutes. I did a little grocery shopping and came back, my phone was good as new. Another satisfied customer!

Brought my pixel 7 pro here to get the screen replaced. The initial quote by the owner was $150 but…read morethen when I got there his worker who didn't speak English gave me a new quote for $180. I had him call the owner and then the owner gave me a third quote for $200. Whatever just replace the screen. They replaced the screen and now I'm having trouble with the sensor at the top so when I use WhatsApp and try to play a voice clip the phone screen turns black like I'm covering the sensor even though the phone is a few feet away from me. Sometimes I can't take phone calls unless I hit the power button to close the phone and hit the power button again to show the screen. I have a lot of issues with the touch screen not responding. The top of the phone where the screen meets the housing flexes in and out so my best guess is that they didn't glue the top properly. I called the owner asking for a refund and my old screen back but he refused the refund and offered to replace the screen. He told me that this is a third party screen which I can confirm because I saw the Chinese letters on the box. He said that the functionality might be different because it's not an OEM screen. Could have paid $100 more and went to uBreakiFix and had a perfectly brand new screen. Which is what I wish I would have done in the first place. My suggestion to anyone coming here is to avoid this place!! The phone call with the owner ended up in a yelling match with him trying to talk over me and me trying to talk over him with me hanging up at the end. This place did offer to replace the first screen that they messed up. They can't get it right the first time why do they think that I would allow them to touch my phone a second time. Plus they wouldn't offer a refund which is what I wanted. They replaced my old screen and now this one has tons of issues and the screen isn't glued at the top and it's pulled away which is visibly noticeable. I'm just going to take the $200 loss and then when this screen goes I'll go to ubreakifixit
