The staff is friendly enough once you get to the counter, but the wait times feel unnecessarily long, even when the store isn't crowded. I've had much quicker and more efficient experiences at other UPS stores, so it's frustrating when something simple like dropping off a package takes much longer here. It works in a pinch since it's local, but if you're looking for fast service, you may want to try another location.
