This place is awful. The incompetence is unbelievable. My very reputable mortgage broker sent me a…read moremailer that I could refinance, and this was the company. - No one called me back after an intake I did in early winter until May; when someone finally called and asked why I didn't move forward, the answer was simple: no one ever got in touch with me. - The Notary that was sent was for the application was not prepared nor particularly professional; he didn't take appropriate scans of docs, didn't know where I was supposed to sign, and in fact, said he didn't know why there was a notary needed at all since he didn't need to notarize the application (of which I have no idea). - The person I worked with on my loan and his manager both leave a lot to be desired. The client services manager asked me for the same info multiple times. He sends all kinds of emails and calls to not pay my mortgage yet failed to call me back or email for three days after saying he would all be back that day by 1230. We had a misunderstanding over the appraisal and home value, and while I got frustrated and raised my voice, he shot right back in an incredibly rude way. Not great customer service at all, didn't try to de-escalate at all- he was a complete &*^. The owner of the company sent an email riddled with spelling and grammar errors, without apology, asking me to speak with them again. A few days later,I received a call from someone above the client services person who talked for over 20 minutes about the process without checking if I was even following along, then said he would call me back in 24 hrs, and that I would not have to work with the client services person again. He never called me or emailed me ever again (you're shocked, right, given the "great" service thus far) - The appraiser measured my home incorrectly. He has several main tasks for his job, and I am certain accurate measurement is one. I complained about this the two aforementioned employees who said while it's not their responsibility, they would help make it right. No one has ever contacted me about it again or offered to help. What a waste of money. - I did end up closing, but was given very little info, not asked what time/ day worked best but rather was told they had me closing on a certain day and I had to be available after 6 pm. - The client services person sent me my final closing document which he said would be the accurate final copy; it had the wrong term (30 yr vs 28 yrs) so the payment and timeframe was not accurate; - the signing appointment was supposed to be at 6 pm; when the Notary called me, he had 630 pm as the appointment time. Sure, it's 30 min difference, but given all the other lapses in communication and service, it was just another annoyance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
