If someone is going to request personal insurance documents and offer to review coverage, there should be at minimum a basic level of professionalism and follow-through. Based on my experience, basic and professional decency needs to be considered when asking documents with sensitive and personal information.

I recently purchased a new auto insurance policy through her. One month after enrolling I got a bill for the auto insurance that was almost double my "guaranteed the premium won't go up, this is really what you are going to pay" auto policy. Repeated attempts to contact my insurance agent (Cynthia) via email, voicemail, and a message through the receptionist went unanswered for over TWO weeks. So here I am, stuck with this bill almost double the quoted premium, which is accruing late fees, and can't get any answers for WHY it went up and no one will call me back. And if I call the auto insurance company directly it just routes me back to Cynthia's office. So finally after over two weeks, and calling again 4 times over the last 3 days I get a grumpy return phone call. And when asked why my repeated calls and emails have gone unanswered, her unapologetic response was "I've been busy." Wow. Nothing like feeling used... They got my money then apparently don't even owe me a return phone call to explain why the product that I ended up with is almost double the price of what I had originally agreed to and purchased. I was with Neff for years and he was very good to me with my insurance needs, but now that he is with Gallagher, it's like he has retired, but I see that he is Sr. VP. I sold my property and told the agent Yvonne. I told her that I needed a quote for the new property I purchased. She was a challenge to get in touch with as well. But eventually I got a policy. Looking at it, saw many errors, so tried to get in touch for edits. Again, forget it. Don't hold your breath. I even paid the premiums, and yet still get all sorts of electronic communcations telling me to sign papers, I already signed and paid for. Have I received my policy? Nope. Can I get a copy of it, probably if they decide to answer the phone or respond to emails, texts or smoke signals. To top it off, the policy for the house that I sold is still active and they are charging me for it. Good grief, can anyone imagine working with Gallagher? I am now throwing up my hands and starting to shop elsewhere, as I can't seem to find anyone at Neff or Gallagher who communicate.
