I have a Ram with a 5.7 and while doing a tuneup I broke a spark plug book (deep in the spark plug hole) and they were able to retrieve it and finished my tuneup. Fantastic service. read more

I came to this mechanic after going to another mechanic close by. My first mechanic completely ignored all of my concerns and over charged me for all of my repairs. This mechanic listened to me and answered all of my questions. They also found that the previous mechanic left things unplugged and disconnected. They are extremely honest and tell you the truth and only fix what needs to be fixed. They are easy to talk to and extremely helpful. read more

Took my son's jeep for service and state inspection. They guys did a great job getting her on the road. This is a small shop and it is 50/50 if someone is going to be in the office to grab the phone. They usually are in the back working on a vehicle. They are convenient to my location and I will use them again. read more

ER Automotive Inc is the car service shop associated with A+ Towing. They towed my car from Flag Harbor beach in St. Leonard, leaving myself and my 18 month old baby girl stranded, without water, in the heat of the day. She was in a diaper and a hat. I get it--I didn't have a parking pass and there were signs posted (even though I've been fossil hunting at this beach for a decade without a problem. I have family in this association, but my car doesn't have a parking pass). My car got towed and I needed to pay. But I got zero sympathy or suggestions of how I was supposed to get to the car with my child in my arms. My mother in law was able to come pick us up, although she did not have a car seat so I rode illegally and dangerously together with my child in the front seat. When we arrived to pay, I suggested that they think twice before towing a car with a car seat. I was told that "I have a car seat in all four of my cars." I said you must be very fortunate to be able to afford so many car seats. This man had no problem with leaving a mother and baby stranded on a hot day. I would not be writing this negative review today if someone had tried to alert me that the car was being towed so I could get my car seat and water out. Or even if I was told that yes, I will consider whether there is a baby that needs the car seat in the future. But I was basically told "not my problem." That's no way to do business. So they won't ever get mine. read more

Complete RIP OFF! Had my car state inspected by them and failed a lot of things that were not defective. I did the repairs myself and found all the parts within specifications. Don't take your car there, completely dishonest. The owner never returned my call. BEWARE!!!!! read more

I will never use A Plus towing or the shop associated with them called E R Automotive in Saint Leonard ever again!!! To give more information on the issue, my back rear tire came off while driving. When the tow truck driver showed up, instead of jacking the rear of my truck up and putting the tire back on first, or even some kind of tire dolly, he just hooked a winch to the front of the truck and dragged it onto his flatbed without a tire or anything on it. After he dragged the truck onto his flatbed the dude just took off without saying another word. He did not ask me if i had a ride coming or if I needed a ride to the shop or anything, just took off. On top of that he never told me to follow him back to the shop I wanted it towed too, Which I don't know he even expected me to get there. Also, he took my entire key lanyard so I had no house key and was locked out when I finally got home. So later that evening when I called the shop I wanted my truck at, the guy said he never dropped my truck off there and did not know the name of the Tow Company, nor did I because I was not the one who called them. So I had to start calling multiple towing companies in the area until I finally figured out where my truck was. And once I found my truck they told me "oh since its already here do you want us to just give you an estimate for the work?". Not wanting to pay for towing fees twice I told them sure give me an estimate. Truck got there Thursday evening and they were supposed to call me Friday morning with an estimate and never did. Called them first thing Saturday morning and come to find out they're closed for the weekend. So Today, Monday, I call them again asking whats going on about my estimate and they wanted $1400 to fix the truck, parts, labor, and towing fee. I told them to not touch my truck anymore and that I am on my way to pick it up. Got to their shop to pick up my truck and on top of everything else, they killed my battery, which now also needs to be replaced. They wanted $1400 to fix it and I fixed it myself, with the help of some friends, for $125 (not including their $225 towing fee). Lesson learned. Fix stuff myself and don't deal with those people!! read more

I had my van towed here for service. They had it almost two weeks and did virtually nothing. They said they found a bent valve but wouldn't say exactly what they did to find it. They simply pushed me to put in a new engine. I believe it's because they didn't want to spend the time doing proper diagnosis. They wouldn't tell me what testing they had done and getting a mechanic on the phone was like pulling teeth. They would say they'll call me back but never would. I'd try to call and it would take ten tries over two hours to get them to even answer the phone. I eventually just had them tow the van somewhere else with a better reputation. I do not suggest this place for service on your vehicle. read more
