I know the staff has to deal with a huge load of folks using it as a primary care facility, but something needs to be done about the wait. Is it possible to develop a walk in clinic for those needing primary care, and save the ER for emergencies? Second, I was asked to schedule two tests by my doc after he contacted UR. I had been in a state of distress for weeks, and the earliest they could schedule one of the tests was several weeks away. The earliest for the second was six weeks in the future. That is unacceptable. UR is generating huge sums of money as a non-profit hospital. Where is it going? Probably need to buy a few more machines for radiology.

The other three, phew let me tell you. I am traumatized from the poor experience here, especially from Dr. Babalola OBGYN. There is a reason these doctors are advertising and looking for new patients. Babalola's bedside manner was completely horrible and basically told me how to talk, I was not allowed to speak on what I thought could be wrong. She did not care and offered no viable options. I had to call for my ultrasound results with no explanation on why it was even ordered. Dr. Gresham should also be avoided, everyone here thinks you are either depressed or just worrying about nothing. Please do not waste hundreds of dollars for common knowledge everyone already knows. I am thankful for the two out of five doctors who acted like they actually care. Thankfully I will not have to return. That building is a mess and should be avoided at all costs.

Phoebe went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed. She was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process and made sure I didn't accidentally order a new test or have to reschedule my appointment. She even allowed me to stay an extra hour while I worked on getting the correct documentation, never once making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Her professionalism, patience, and pleasant demeanor made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate everything Phoebe did for me and wanted her to know how grateful I am for her help. I felt…read morelike the doctor was trying to keep me longer than necessary and he even made me wait a very long time before he'd come check me for discharge even though no other patient was there. I waited to leave a review because I wanted to see what my insurance was charged. Over $40k! I have good insurance so thank goodness for that but holy cow! I'm glad I wasn't dying! I cannot say enough good things about the experience that I just had with my Mom. Between the staff…read moreand my Moms doctor I knew they had my Moms best interest at heart. They were very thorough and kept digging... the doctor was by far one of the most compassionate people I have met in a long time let alone a doctor. He was checking up on Mom often making sure her pain was at bay and even brought her ice chips. The staff was sweet and attentive always letting us know what was going on and never leaving us waiting. I was so worried taking her there because of some of the reviews but at no time did I feel uncomfortable or that the care she was receiving wasn't too notch. Thanks again for taking our worries about going to the ER right now and putting them to rest so we could worry about my Moms pain and getting her well again.

Wow. My experience here was the worst I've ever had. My son was hemorrhaging post tonsillectomy…read more(throwing up blood, etc), and I was told BY THE DOCTOR "there's nothing we can do". What? This is a facility meant to treat EMERGENCIES. Luckily they got in contact with Cooks and figured out that, surprise, there was actually something that can help stop this type of bleed (which is a well known treatment). What utter incompetence. Children are people too. One would think you'd be able to count on an ER in a suburban area for reasonable help. The only two bright sides was the man who drew my son's blood for testing and the woman at check in. Im thankful my son is now fine and recovering (thank you cooks children) but people should be able to count on the nearest ER for support, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Do better for community you serve.
