My husband and I quickly fell in love with the property. Daniel, respectfully gave us time to discuss it but my husband and I had already made our minds up so we quickly called Daniel back and asked him to draw up the contract. Daniel was very responsive and got the contract to us quickly for signing according to our wishes and delivered to the seller for approval. We just beat someone else on submitting a contract and since we were quicker the sellers went with our offer. We then transitioned to Bryanna who assisted us through the escrow process. Bryanna kept us well informed throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions. When we made it to Florida, days before closing, she and Paige met us at the property so we could walk through the property in person and answered our questions. Paige was at our closing prepared to answer our questions and to welcome us to Florida! Such a seamless transaction from start to finish! I highly recommend the Hiller Group to anyone.
