We had realtors who had high energy, looked slick and talked slick about how they were the best but proved to be unaccommodating and we felt like we worked for them instead of the other way around. We finally went with our instincts and chose Maureen and she sold our Attleboro home during the first open house. Maureen was very accommodating. She had open houses when we wanted them, and had them for the length of time that we wanted which no other realtor would do. She actually cared about what we wanted and did whatever we asked without hesitation. She even did things that she did not have to do to ensure the deal closed, including chasing for certificates and permits. Maureen is a very honest person and has impeccable characteristics. She treated us like family which was very much appreciated. The only complaint we have is that we did not use her as our first realtor and that is on us. My boyfriend and I spent about the next six months looking for our dream home, under Maureen's direction. She often sent listings she thought we would like and took us on countless viewings. She was always patient, attentive and accommodating. Even when I insisted that I was being picky or difficult, she reassured me, confirming that this was a major decision and that we would know when the "right one came along"... Well, after tirelessly searching, we came across the winner and she was there right through the closing, and even beyond. I had a couple of follow up questions once we moved in and Maureen didn't skip a beat, she is a task-master and always follows through. I cannot recommend her highly enough!! We finally moved in about two weeks ago and I couldn't wait to rave about my experience. When it comes time to do your own home search, or to sell your home, you wouldn't be in better hands than hers. I listed my mom's house with Raveis Realty. Since I live in California and the house is in…read moreMassachusetts, I explained that I needed them tell me what needed to be done. I also said I was willing to put money into the house before simply dropping the price. The services included listing and showing the house to prospective buyers. The first agent I used, Kathy Cuoco, told me everything was great and that the house was ready to go. After a few weeks of little to no activity, I asked someone else to check in. They told me the grass was very high and that the house looked abandoned. When I contacted Raveis, I was told it was a tough market and to drop my price. After a couple months of basically nothing, I asked to change agents so my listing was (kinda, sorta) transferred to Kathy Knox. She began by saying that I should drop my price because it was an awful market and that she didn't expect it to improve for at least 2 years. (I can look up the Case-Shiller Housing Index easily enough, and it didn't support her assertion.) Meanwhile, I traveled to Massachusetts and saw that the place needed work. I can't guess why they didn't tell me, unless they were used to selling abandoned properties and mine looked good by comparison. So I hired several tradespeople to make repairs and updates. When the house went back on the market, I got some interest but I never felt like the Raveis team was working on my behalf. They were just going through the motions. The worst point came when they had an open house and got no traffic. I was told by a friend that they didn't even put signs out. When I asked why not, they said they'd advertised the open house on Craig's List. Eventually, the 6-month listing contract expired and I re-listed with Keller-Williams out of Concord. Talk about a night-and-day difference. The agent I used, Deb Nicholls, was so much more professional and helpful. She took charge and did what a real estate agent is supposed to do. I soon got an offer and sold the house. Kathy Knox is still sending me email updates on my listing even though the house is sold and despite my repeated requests for her to stop. They honestly seem utterly clueless.

Nothing ever evolved, it was ignored and bypassed I understand she is ((((very active)))) on Facebook but please monitor your voicemail and try to at least communicate, the *real estate market is Rough As is* It's like cherry picking, she choose to ignore Rental but RENTAL can translate to potential sale in future. Where is the Commitment to the Newton community or general public ????? Absolute disgrace, we had to move forward with someone who RAPIDLY listed the property to maximize the rental property. Just to clarify, there is ((No)) mistaken identity, I have the proof of voicemail to identify and authenticate the disconnect. Any additional communication with her office was through one of her employees. Olivia was pleasant and helpful. Mary was frankly rude to my wife just prior to the closing. The situation became so ridiculous, with less than optimal response from our broker, that I communicated with the selling broker as the transaction moved to conclusion. He was always readily available and took it upon himself to assist as needed. The purchase was completed recently and we have not had any communication from Campion and Company at the time of or following the closing.
