They do not communicate with each other whatsoever and at one point during a miscommunication Tom told us not to speak with Reena because she has no idea what is going on and he's been trying to fire her for years but his mother won't let him (they are siblings). They are condescending and rude every interaction we have ever had with them without fail. We received notice to be out by the 10th of the month and they charged us for an entire months worth of rent. Upon calling and asking why we were being charged a full month instead of 10/31 days Tom told us "you're in college right? Figure it out". Verbatim that is what we were told. Don't live in any house dealing with them unless you like having the urge to play in traffic every time you come into contact with your property managers. Also don't expect to get your deposit back even if you leave the house in better condition than it was when you moved in.

He is really easy to work with. He always responded quickly to questions, and his responses were always extremely detailed. For example, we were curious about how windy it actually gets in Washoe Valley, so Patrick researched the subject and gave us an entire report on the local weather patterns and even found a map with the typical wind speeds broken down by neighborhood. He also helped us find a new lender when we weren't happy with the direction we were going with the one had at the time. Patrick helped us with all the inspections, from coordination to follow ups. We weren't local to the area, so he was happy to be on site when the inspections happened.
