Her name is Nadia and I think she was very rude and tells me I cannot use a blank envelope to conceal my package. I use an envelope to ship all my package and FedEx never had an issue, but somehow this location she was very vocalized. I thought she was going to drag me out of the store. Her voice was so loud and it seems like her intention was to let everyone in the office to hear.
