I went into the FedEx center to return an item, and the girl told me I can't return a package without a concealed box or cover. I grab an envelope flip it inside out so I can return a small package. The girl told me I cannot use an envelope and it must be in a box. I guess she didn't like me using an envelope and flip it inside out and use it as a returned. I think she wants me to buy a shipping box. Her name is Nadia and I think she was very rude and tells me I cannot use a blank envelope to conceal my package. I use an envelope to ship all my package and FedEx never had an issue, but somehow this location she was very vocalized. I thought she was going to drag me out of the store. Because FedEx has caused me a lot of trouble in the past, I try to avoid using their services unless the shipping cost is significantly lower than UPS. This time was one of those exceptions. Like many other FedEx locations, this one seemed to have plenty of staff (at least three people), but they all appeared indifferent and unmotivated. There was little effort to be welcoming to customers--it felt like they were just there to collect a paycheck and do the bare minimum. If you're an online seller like me who frequently uses QR code shipping labels, I strongly recommend going to UPS instead. At UPS, the staff will take care of everything for you, but at FedEx, the employees simply direct you to a self-service kiosk to scan the code and print the label yourself. Worse still, the kiosk is highly unreliable--I, along with the people ahead of me in line, had to try multiple times before it finally worked. The staff also paid no attention to fragile labels or "this side up" markings. When I handed over my package, they just set it down vertically without a second thought. When I pointed out that it should be placed a certain way, the employee suspiciously asked me what was inside. If they can't even handle packages properly, what exactly is the purpose of having staff at this location? Every time I walk into a FedEx shipping center, I notice how much more spacious it is compared to UPS. Yet every time I leave, I ask myself again--was saving a few dollars really worth it? Based on my experience with hundreds of shipments, I'd rate UPS an 8/10. FedEx? A 4/10 at best. That's how bad it is. read more

Shipping is super easy with Fedex. You can create your own shipping label online or have someone help you with it in the store. I can always rely on them to ship my packages on time. I love that there is printing service here as well. Sometimes I'll need to print out a document to mail out, so this is really convenient. The printers are self-serve, but an employee can help you out if you need it. It is 15 cents per black & white page and 67 cents per colored page. Every time I've been here, the staff were friendly and helpful. I can get in and out of the place pretty quickly. It also looks well kept and clean inside. read more

The team working there today (March 16) helped me get a last minute complicated print done just in time for an event (a funeral). They noticed me struggling to get the order through and they gave me some suggestions on the best way to do it so that I would get a good price. Other people elsewhere haven't showed that much care to me, so it really meant a lot. Melina the customer rep was terrible in every sense of the word. She should not be working here and is a big blemish on the FedEx brand. I came into the store looking to have three packages shipped. She offered very poor service and support, and was condescending about her answers including asking, "if I knew what a receipt was?". She clearly did not know the processes to do simple shipping, and instead of helping to find answers, she refused to give any real support and asked unprofessional questions all while having a snark attitude like she owns the store and doesn't have to work. I only received real assistance after I went to another customer rep (he was very helpful) and then speaking with her manager. I have a package that was supposed to arrive 4 days ago, but it was constantly either "on the way" or "delivery exception: customer not available or business closed." I asked to get a door tag the first call, they said sure. Never got the door tag and the same "delivery exception" notification popped up. Chris gave me the most helpful and best customer service I was able to go in and print and buy what I needed. He has a excellent professional service, and he went above and beyond to save me time and money since I didn't know how to do anything. I appreciate his kindness as well because I was having a rough day which is truly part of his amazing customer service. I couldn't thank and appreciate him enough. There is a bunch of office supplies as well as things for shipping to purchase at your convenience in store. There is a bunch of parking however getting here was a challenge (google maps kept forcing me to go into and out of the 10 West and East free ways which doesn't have to do with fedex exactly except for getting here). Another horrible experience at this FedEx location. Went to the store at 6:58 pm on March 4 2022 trying to drop off the box. There's a customer in the front so that I have to wait. When its my turn, the staff called Sady scanned the label and pointed at one place said go pick up your receipt there! Excuse me?! Seriously?! You are that lazy to walk over and hand me the receipt in a polite way?! Also, because the previous customer took a long time, when I got to the counter it's 7:04 pm and I thought she will still take it.. after she scanned the label and printed the receipt, she then said the package won't be out till March 5,2022. The driver was just arrived at that time and the most important is I came in at 6:58 pm and because of this office short staffed so I have to be responsible?! Once I got the receipt, I completed the survey and asked for her name. I said can you spell your name? She said I'm Sady. I then asked AGAIN and again and she kept saying "my name is Sady" I then said do you know how to spell your name?! FedEx. I have a very long business relationship with you guys. Face Palm full of disappointment. I went there to drop off a package that contained my trade-in to Samsung. I was told to go to a "FedEx Ship store" and not a "FedEx drop off." I asked the man, tall, large built man with glasses if his location is a "ship store" he said "yes." Then I asked him if I could get a receipt and he said that he can't, only FedEx can and that I should only take a picture of it. Then he pointed to the bin, WATCHED me put it in and that was it. 2 weeks later Samsung says they didn't receive my phone. I look up the tracking, it's not vaild. I chat with Samsung and they said that when that error comes up that means it was never scanned which means it was never picked up! So I called this store and the very nice boy RICKY came to the rescue. Not only did he find the box, but then he told me that the guy was never supposed to accept the package because it has a battery in it! Furthermore, he said they kept the package because I had put it in the wrong box! (Actually, I was told to put it in the wrong box.) Shame on the guy who's name I don't know who 1) told me they were a ship store when they weren't, 2) directed me to put it in the wrong bin, 3) accepted the box even when I told him what it was, and for ALL THE associates who completely ignored the box on their counter for TWO weeks!!!!!!! read more

Worssssssst experiences EVEEERRR! Today, 11/23/2019, i came to fedex to do many things (scanning documents, retouching them in PSD, sending emails, and save it into drive). I was trying the first computer, erghhhh, scanner isn't working. So, I moved into the next computer (got charged, and I don't mind about being not refunded). But second computer did the same things, scanner isn't working. Calling the skinny lady who is working there, she asked me to make sure that I clicked the design workstation, instead of basic. Yes, ma'am, I chose design workstation for $0.55/ minutes. Then she insisted to use the printer machine to scan, but I didn't want to move because many things needed to be done after scanning (pls just tell me that ur scanners aren't working!!!!), yet she insisted and made me upset by saying, you know that it's faster and cheaper using the printer machine (instead of acknowledging that the scanners aren't working/ apologize). Sucks! I moved into the big printer that she's mentioned (after asked for refunds for the second computer that the scanner isn't working). I follow the option on the machine to do SCAN, and then call her to help me to put the paper into the right decks, and I told her I need to send it to my email. INSTEAD OF directing me to do scanning, she's blaming me that I need to choose send EMAIL in the very first step. I explained to her, there was NO option for the email in the BEGINNING of the process!!!!!!!!!! Then her friend shout to her that usually it will asked the email option at the END! I told her, see? It didn't asked me in the beginning, but it WILL ask at the end of the process. With so arrogantly, she's said: BOTH ma'am, it will ask you in the beginning and the end!! HELLLLL! Her arrogant service sucks! And your scanners (BOTH of them) aren't working! And this place is just waste of life and bring lots of negativity to my day!! Goodbye feedex! Of the three shipping triumvirates, I much prefer FedEx over UPS, though a case could be made for USPS services like First Class Mail. FedEx isn't really an ideal shipping provider for most end users. Much like UPS, FedEx is really only a viable shipping provider if you have contracted or negotiated rates that drive the price way down. We have some great commercial rates with FedEx and currently drop off packages here since it's the closest to our location. While dropping off is usually not a problem for boxes, we do tend to run into the occasional package Nazi at FedEx Office. This one was no exception. From staff who constantly berate you on the tiny rattle in your box and demand that you buy their shipping supplies, to staff that are outright misleading. One of our envelopes were rejected as it weighed over a pound and "needed" to be shipped in a more expensive container. Though the actual weight limit is 10 lbs, the extra dollar to ship it in a Large Pak wasn't worth arguing with the store staff. So FedEx: Potentially great rates, but be wary of the car salesmen. read more
