First time getting my passport photo taken somewhere other than cvs!…read more I had to get some China visa photos taken and given they had to be digital to upload, I checked cvs online and they charge extra for digital on top of the 16.99$ for two passport photos! This place advertised 16$ flat rate for passport/visa photos and digital is included and given I need 3 photos for 3 people done, this was the best value I could find. I called ahead to make an appointment and got a 9:30am Saturday, the lady was nice enough to be flexible as well and como date as early as 8:30am if needed. When we arrived around 9:20am, we saw they were closed! But around 9:30am, someone came and helped us out. The 3 different photos only took us 30min from take to print/email! Super quick. One thing I'd like to point out is that they know what photos the China visa processing will accept. And yes the photos were accepted and successfully uploaded! I have a son who cannot sit still or even let me take a photo by myself, the staff was super nice and patient! He was able to get great poses of my kid even though he was fussy. You'll see plenty of packages getting ready to be sent out. but they do try to make the place clean and clear pathway to the register or kiosk. Experience: I've been to this location many times to return my amazon packages. The staffers are friendly and don't give me a hard time for returning packages often. I grab an envelope flip it inside out so I can return a small package. The girl told me I cannot use an envelope and it must be in a box. I guess she didn't like me using an envelope and flip it inside out and use it as a returned. I think she wants me to buy a shipping box. Her name is Nadia and I think she was very rude and tells me I cannot use a blank envelope to conceal my package. I use an envelope to ship all my package and FedEx never had an issue, but somehow this location she was very vocalized. I thought she was going to drag me out of the store. Her voice was so loud and it seems like her intention was to let everyone in the office to hear.

I explained that I had previously had the exact same design printed at another Office Depot location without any issues, but she was unwilling to explore any alternatives or provide further assistance. Feeling that the matter was not going to be resolved, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I then went to the Office Depot in Montebello, where the staff reviewed the same design and completed the order without hesitation or any issues. The difference in customer service and knowledge between the two locations was noticeable. I left the Montebello location satisfied, but my experience at the Temple City store was disappointing and frustrating.
