While this spot is convenient and well stocked, pricing here is a bit higher than other spots. Example being a bottle of Hendricks here is $48, while at other places it's around $36. Tito's is $23. They are charging $30 per bottle of Lamarca and $45 for a Tito's. DOUBLE normal retail. I told him to take the bubbles off. I kept the Tito's and two soda waters - still $60. Complete ripoff. He just shrugged his shoulders and said, well you're downtown. A tip screen also pops up that he quickly tapped for me before I could see it... I should have asked for a printed receipt. Buyer beware!

I choose the George Dickel Single Barrel 15 year and couldn't decide on another one. I asked the gentleman at the front. I didn't get his name, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The George Dickel is actually 18 years ole and he opened a sample bottle and gave me a taste. How awesome. I was interested in the Bardstown Black or White Label and Old Forester / Michener's or something. Sorry if I got that wrong. He recommended the Bardstown and said the Black was very smooth. He wasn't kidding. That Bardstown Black is my new best friend. Excellent on the rocks. I would definitely recommend and return if in the area looking for spirits!

The lady in line ahead of me wasn't being very kind to the workers and speaking to them in a very demanding tone, and they handled her with grace and professionalism. They were also working cohesively as a team to ensure quick service. All our treats were yummy. My surprise favorite was probably the coconut and orange scone. The glaze on top was sweet and pleasantly crackle-y and the flavors were balanced and paired perfectly together. The espresso cookie was also balanced and super yummy; espresso and chocolate go together for a reason! The tahini brownie was fun to try and wildly gooey/rich as promised by the addition of the tahini, almost too much so for my preferences. It is SO fudgy, lol. It paired well with the lemon blueberry muffin which was moist and delicious.
