Greg and his team did what we needed each time we brought it in. With having several good experiences using this shop I began taking my personal vehicles there for maintenance. They get the diagnostics done pretty quickly to let you know what the problems are and what they can do to repair. Greg will typically walk you through the repair options and costs associated. He understands that the average Joe/Jane can't afford a complete overhaul so breaking down in order of priority is very helpful. His prices are reasonable and his customer service has been superb. Just a few months back I took my wife's explorer in for some work. Needed a new master cylinder on the brake system. After work was complete we took it home and noticed a brake fluid leak days later. Contacted Greg he had me drop it back off, he took a look called me within a couple hours told me the part was bad and replaced it immediately. This actually happened 2 more times. There was a defect in the part from the manufacturer that didn't allow for a proper seal. My point is that greg spent many additional hours on this vehicle and never even brought up additional costs. You always hear stories from people having to take their car back to a mechanic then the mechanic finding another reason to charge you more. He doesn't do that. IM SAYING HE STANDS BY HIS WORK. Finding a good mechanic is hard to do. The next time you need one I would recommend walking into his shop. He'll come out, shake your hand, look you in the eye and explain what he can do for you. No BS.

It is the most unsuitable shop in this vicinity to obtain an Intoxalock. He will undoubtedly overcharge you during the data breach. Ten-day calibrations were provided for free. He attempted to charge me $40 in cash, which is utterly unreasonable. Why would you charge $40 for a 10-day period and $40 for a 30-day period? I contacted a different shop in the area, and the 10-day calibration was free, while the monthly calibration cost $30. Furthermore, he was charging $300 to remove the device, whereas other shops in the same area charge $125. This individual's behavior is highly inappropriate and unacceptable. Lost a coustmer SHOP CHANGED NEVER GETTING. PENNY FROM ME AGAIN !!!!!!

The owner got angry and defensive after being asked why the truck was not finished as promised.As it would turn out he hadn't even ordered the parts until 2 days before the promised date. He had already had the truck for over 2 weeks. He said the truck needed additional work and was given the approval to do that. Both jobs should not have taken more than 1 day each but he was given an additional week and a half to complete the work. When I called again on the promised day he got nasty. I asked why he had such a s_itty attitude . He then called me a MF er and wanted to fight me in his parking lot. I don't know why anyone would ever do business with such a horrible person/business man. If you want abused and lied to give him a try. I won't ever go back.
