I took my car to Firestone for what I thought was a simple taillight change, but it turns out I had a much deeper electrical issue that required a place specializing in European cars to fix. Dealerships are always overpriced, but the woman at Firestone recommended Euromotive to me. I'm so glad she did. They were honest, great at communicating, and thorough. They even gave me options for the repair (new part or used part) and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. All in all I got a used part (electronics module) and the total with labor was about $700, versus $1,100 if I opted for a new part. They communicate via text which I love as a busy manager who is often on work calls all day. They also send your quote electronically, you can authorize the repair electronically, and you can even Apple Pay for your service from your phone! I can't say enough great things about the service I received here. I highly recommend this shop if your European car needs a repair!

Just reached 10K miles on 1 July 24 and they performed the 10K service. Even checked the right rear convertible top pivoting cover and came up with a fix. Everything about the car was in great condition and they topped of fluids as needed, replaced engine oil and filter, set tire pressures, reset service indicator and TPMS. All this took time, but it was well worth the wait. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Autowerkes service if you own a German or Euro car, you won't be disappointed!

Recently purchased a BMW M3 from them, once I received the car I brought it to my mechanic for a…read moreonce over and oil change. I found out that the motor was just replaced. I contacted the shop and spoke to owner Sergio, he told me he knew nothing about it. Found out that they bought the car with a blown motor and replaced it with a junkyard motor. I have proof of this with pics and video. I called the owner Sergio back and all he said was it was a good car and is there no issues with it. I feel I paid too much for the car being it's not original and not happy with the owner lying about it.
