I promptly provided the additional information, assuming this would resolve any issues. Yet, three weeks later, I decided to contact the city directly to check on the status of my permit. To my shock, I discovered that the permit had been denied twice by two different departments due to incorrect information provided by Ergeon. This was incredibly frustrating, as it was entirely avoidable had the correct information been submitted in the first place. When I tried to reach out to Aragon (presumably the project manager or representative handling my case), I was met with complete radio silence. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, I received no phone calls, no feedback, and no updates. The customer service representatives I spoke with were friendly, but their hands were tied, and they could not provide any meaningful assistance or escalate my concerns to someone who could actually resolve the issue. At this point, I am beyond frustrated. I have been waiting over a month for a project that should have been straightforward. Instead, I have been left in the dark, with no resolution in sight. I requested to cancel my order, but even that has been ignored. I have not received any email confirmation or acknowledgment of my cancellation request. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. In summary, my experience with Ergeon Fence has been a nightmare. I contacted Ergeon Fences to inquire about fencing in my backyard. My inquiry was assigned to Kelly, and at the time, I had no idea how lucky I was. Kelly was flexible in setting up a time to do a virtual walk through to see where I wanted the fence, put together two separate quotes (based on different materials), and sent the quote for my review in no time at all. The cost ended up being way over my budget, and when I expressed this concern, Kelly asked additional questions, tweaked a few items and materials, and was able to send me a new quote for a couple thousand less. Unfortunately, my budget was completely inadequate for this project, and when I mentioned to Kelly that I would need to step away and look at funding this project in the spring, she was completely understanding and offered to reach out in the spring when I had a better handle on my financial situation. I could not have asked for a more patient, creative, and supportive representative than I received in Kelly. I highly recommend Kelly and Ergeon Fences for your fencing needs. We are in need of a small fence project after searching the internet I selected Ergeon Fence Co due to their affiliation with Angi's list. I received a response quickly saying they received my request and would contact me and if I was needing a sooner response to give them a call. A few days later I received a call and after answering a few questions about our fencing needs we set up a zoom call for that afternoon. I worked with Troy and he was kind and patient explaining how to use my phone to show him our property and what we needed. Cost is a consideration for us and he answered all my questions thoroughly. He said I will receive my quote on Sunday and we will talk on Monday. All this was done in one afternoon. She was quick to respond to my initial request and was so personable throughout the process. She had me do a google call so she could see the backyard and that in itself was so much more convenient than having to schedule multiple appointments for someone to come look at the yard. Less than a day later, she sent me a detailed quote including everything I need to submit to my HOA for approval. Every other company wanted thousands more and wanted me to pull the permit. The crew was great we had tried to trim what was needed but more stuff needed to be moved they took care of it all.
