They let you know what to expect, what you can do to make the treatment more effective on your own and in session. I have seen quite a few psychiatrists over the years and Dr. Solomon is extremely knowledgeable and thinks outside the box when necessary as well. He seems to have hand picked quite a lovely group for the front and back office staff, as well as TMS technicians. We spoke a few times at $60/hour via Zelle, no insurance involved to keep things "simple" for him. During our final conversation via phone he attempted to end our conversation after only 20 minutes because he had groceries in the back seat of his car. I was stunned and struggled to continue our conversation for an additional 10 minutes since I had paid for an hour. He ended by saying we would talk again "next time." I texted a month later explaining that I was unhappy with his unprofessional behavior, and he responded that he remembered saying we would talk "later that day." This did not happen. I offered to meet again for a free 30-minute session since he owed me 30 minutes and he ghosted me. Herbert Levine owes me 30 minutes or 30 dollars. I have never been treated like this by any professional and cannot recommend him as a therapist.

He always returns my phone calls and truly cares about his patients. He has diagnosed very difficult medical conditions that I endured throughout the years and am healthy, vibrant, and strong because of his medical care. In January of 1991, at the age of 27, I was diagnosed with last stage lymphoma cancer. I had a cancer staging surgery and splenectomy that determined the cancer was stage 4B, mixed cellularity. It had advanced to my organs and both sides of my bone marrow. Oncologists gave me between a 10% to 20% chance of survival if I made it through all treatments with a life expectancy of up to five years. A few weeks prior to being diagnosed, I had given birth to my baby daughter. My son was almost two years old. It was a very frightening and difficult time. I have been in remission now for 30+ years. Dr. Jason has supported me along the way. The aftermath of cancer treatment created several medical issues that had to be addressed. I had scar tissue lysins, multiple kidney stones, a hyper-parathyroid gland, Chemobrain, and too many other issues to list. Dr. Jason was right there with me.
