The dentist was great (sorry, I forget his name). Through & gentle. I asked questions about a new night guard & he was pushy with other services like other dentists that I have used. The office was easy to find, very clean, and comfortable. The only downside is the overwhelming air freshener usage in the waiting area and bathroom. It made my eyes burn and my chest was getting tight while in the waiting room. Fortunately, I was only waiting 2-3 minutes. But if you are sensitive to air fresheners, this isn't a good place for you unless they make arrangements to use a different entrance. The treatment room was fine. Just normal dentist office smells. I did make another appointment & look forward to returning.

However, my experiences with the front office staff have been less positive. Recently, I needed to reschedule a Monday appointment and called on Thursday to do so. During the call, I was asked why I needed to reschedule, and I explained that I had accidentally double-booked another appointment at the same time. I was then informed that I would be charged a $50 fee for not giving 48 hours' notice, which I found frustrating--especially since the office has rescheduled my appointments several times over the years, including once for a staff member's birthday celebration. In the end, I kept my dental appointment and was able to reschedule the other commitment easily and without any fee.

I'm not sure of the pricing, but it's hard to find good dental work for a cheap price I guess. If you don't have your own dental insurance they offer their own as well and I'd say it's priced pretty decent. $245 for the HH and you can add additional members. This includes 2 cleanings and fluoride treatments, 1 x-ray a year, and some type of special x-ray at 3 years. Child plans are also available. So far this has been a good place to go. I think they may have given me TMJ though, so just watch how long your mouth stays open.

It wasn't until I paid over $5000 out-of-pocket to have my existing dental work replaced and fixed. After one week of starting the process, the work I just had done started to break and fall off!! She continue to fix the problems over and over again while charging me, long story short, I have to have all the work redone by a new dentist and some of my teeth are unfixable. So when the price sounds too good to be true it probably is.

The place is modern inside; it feels new and up-to-date. The office staff were friendly and professional and got me out of the waiting room and into an exam room quickly. After my X-rays, the dentist did my teeth cleaning. This was new for me because I've only ever had cleanings from hygienists, not the dentist. I was impressed--it felt like she was really getting to know my teeth, not just swooping in after a cleaning to look for a few seconds before swooping out again, which has been my typical experience at other practices. Two things I really appreciate: 1) they have early morning appointments so patients don't have to take off work every six months for a cleaning. 2) they have a prize box for adults at the check out! I got a weird little eggplant charm from the prize box! Overall, this seems like a great dental practice and, so far, I'm really happy with the care I've gotten.

You would think they would automatically reschedule it asap since you know they cancelled it last second. But hey, if you cancel on them 23 hours 59 mins prior to your appointment, you better believe you are still getting that bill. I was…read moreworried about having tons of blood etc, but actually there was very little of that and the post-surgical instructions were easy to follow.  I'm not having any pain yet, but I expect there will be some eventually. I don't remember anything about the procedure itself because I had total sedation, and I recommend going that route if you can do it. I woke up and Dr. Holland came over to tell me it all went well. She was very kind, as were all the staff. I felt very cared for the whole time I was there. I can't recommend this place highly enough! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

So let me start with the only two thing I thought were great about this place the first would be…read morethe front desk ladies they were so nice and professional helpful they really are awesome thank you guys the second is the anesthesia crew they are so awesome they were very nice and informative and professional they were cool about me being squeamish when they put a needle in me thank you guys for doing great work Now for the stuff I did not like the two doctors there the girl and the guy I did not care for the girl more she was unprofessional as can be she had terrible bed side manner I asked her questions to only get her resume " I been doing this for ex amount of years blah blah blah" I repeated the same question like three times and every time she said something different like " I don't want a judge to ask why you stroked out while asleep and your welcome to find some one else to do it if you want" all I was trying to do to do is understand and she was just being nasty on top of that when I went in to pay the 500$ fee to just schedule my surgery appointment ( you can't use insurance for that by the way that comes right out of your pocket) this "doctor" comes up to me with her hand out saying she wants money too like we are friends!! I don't know her from a can of paint a little bit of professionalism would have been nice but she seems so full of her self that I doubt she will ever learn that As for the guy dr I think his name was dr Ken my only real issue with him was his information was inconsistent other then that he had very good bedside manner and he was able to answer my questions and he was very professional so thank you to him Now the other thing is after my surgery I was told they sent in a script for ibuprofen and a mouth rinse I only got the ibuprofen the pharmacy never got anything for a script so the information was not good I got some teeth pulled in the same way from another surgeon twice before this and it was no where near this stressful I think I'll take that lady "doctor" advice and just go somewhere else next time
