I was…read moreworried about having tons of blood etc, but actually there was very little of that and the post-surgical instructions were easy to follow.  I'm not having any pain yet, but I expect there will be some eventually. I don't remember anything about the procedure itself because I had total sedation, and I recommend going that route if you can do it. I woke up and Dr. Holland came over to tell me it all went well. She was very kind, as were all the staff. I felt very cared for the whole time I was there. I can't recommend this place highly enough! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I don't know her from a can of paint a little bit of professionalism would have been nice but she seems so full of her self that I doubt she will ever learn that As for the guy dr I think his name was dr Ken my only real issue with him was his information was inconsistent other then that he had very good bedside manner and he was able to answer my questions and he was very professional so thank you to him Now the other thing is after my surgery I was told they sent in a script for ibuprofen and a mouth rinse I only got the ibuprofen the pharmacy never got anything for a script so the information was not good I got some teeth pulled in the same way from another surgeon twice before this and it was no where near this stressful I think I'll take that lady "doctor" advice and just go somewhere else next time

They let me know right away what was going to be covered by insurance before hand, and for us it was all covered. When you get there you have to go upstairs to check in and we did that and then you go back downstairs. After we waited about 10 mins the nurse called our daughter back and said one parent could come back. Both my husband and I took off so we could both be back there because she has anxiety issues. I asked the nurses again if her dad can come back too and they said no. Which I don't understand due to the fact that there are two seats when you enter the room. I met the doctor and he explained what the procedure was going to be, about 3 minutes and he said he will see her again in a few. They said the procedure can take up to an hour and the anesthesiologist came in and introduced themselves along with someone training. I then left and was told they will call my cellphone when she's ready. The entire procedure took about 40 minutes and we got the call. The side of the building we they want you to pick patients up needs to be marked better because it's fading but we found it. It's a tight squeeze to get out and the bushes make it hard to see. The procedure went well but we never received a call from the doctor or a nurse AT ALL to see how our daughter was doing which I found to be odd. We did have to call for a question about her healing and they did call back quickly but I don't think had they called us for a patient follow up we would have had to call them. Bottom line, not sure I would use them again. 50/50 on it. If they were more patient friendly for underage patients I would probably say yes without question. But with the not calling for a follow up or both parents not being allowed in the room with her it's a flip of a coin if I would go back. The place is though and quick so if you want that experience this may be the place for you.

Never looked me in the eyes once during the entire conversation. I ended up getting the procedure taken care of in Carlisle, where the doctor was great. The biggest issue was the billing. They want payment, in full, in advance of performing the procedure. The problem was when the EOB came from the insurance company a month later, I learned they overcharged me. I called them to tell them they owed me money. They informed me it had to go through a review process to be confirmed and then, if confirmed, a check would be cut. I ended up following up several times. The process took over two months. They want their money on the spot, but they are less interested in returning what they over charge afterwards. Crooks!

If you ever need an oral surgeon, DO NOT go to Beaudry Oral Surgery in Camp hill. I know this is a…read morevery long post, but I wanted to share my experience, and hopefully warn someone who may have a future appointment there. Please read until the end. On 3/10/26 I had my two bottom wisdom teeth removed, today is 4/17/26 and I'm still fully numb on my bottom lip & chin. So many things went wrong it would take too long to fully describe it all, so I'll hit the major points. *day of surgery 7:45am arrival for an 8 am surgery. * Dr Beaudry was 50 min late, even though I was the first appt of the day *the staff came in around 8:10am to explain he is usually 15-30 min late daily *everyone rushes into the room once he's there, clearly aggitated. This is around 8:50am, they prep me, and put me to sleep * I was approved for 45 min of anesthesia. I went under around 9am, and was fully awake in the recovery room by 9:24am (seems rushed) * I was told by a nurse the Dr didnt need to see me, everything went well, and my ride and I were good to go home * I call the office after a few days to ask if it was normal there hadn't been any improvement in the numbness. This is when I was told there was a complication with a nerve being wrapped around a tooth, and that it can take 1-3 months to come back, or it could be perminate. * I wait until 2 weeks post-op and then I requested a follow up exam (When I get there the lady leaving tells me he was running late **again** and the nurse who checked me in told me it might be a while **again**) THIS IS THE CRAZY PART * Dr Beaudry now explains about the nerve complication TWO WEEKS POST-OP *he gives me 2 prescriptions for the same steriod packs that are meant to be taken before surgery and tells me to not follow the instructions instead take "like 2-3 a day" *now when you take the pack before surgery it has very specific instructions how and when to take it, and its only a 6 day supply where you taper down to 1 the last day *as most of you know, I have MS and this specific steriod is a immune suppressant used to treat flare-ups, and I've also had bad reactions to steriods in recent years which he was fully aware of. * I re-explain this to him, express my concerns and asked for more specific dosage instructions, he still said "like 2-3 a day" * I asked the nurse at check out for dosage instructions and was told "2-3 a day" ******Still not feeling comfortable I ask the pharmacist for directions & explain the situation. He then says they won't fill it without out the correct instructions. *so again I call the office, they are 100% irritated with me at this point. They tell me they will deal with it and call me before the end of the day *when they called me back they told me they LIED TO THE PHARMACIST and told him I was to follow the instructions on the pack but they still only want me to take "like 2-3 a day" !!!!!! NO TAPER and they gave me 2 packs which is 42 pills. Never in my life have I had a dr and his entire staff tell me to not follow instructions on a medication, or lie to the pharmacist. Or basically refuse to treat a major problem, that they caused!! So 1 month and some change post-op, lip & chin are still numb and I wasnt given even close to adequate care. I still never received a call apologizing or asking if theres any improvement. Please save yourself from the anxiety and stress they will cause you!!!

(Like other providers, it is a requirement.) He had an Xray on the lighted screen from a place I went to over 3 years ago. He ignored my comment that it was the wrong Xray. He did not even give me 3 minutes of time in the office. Upon my request to "at least look in my mouth," he took a tongue depressor and stuck it in. Said, "You have an abscess. I will pull 2 teeth out." (My referral form is to remove all upper teeth.) My teeth are in bad shape: one cracked, 2 broken, 5 already pulled out. I need expert assessment from a skilled professional. I worked in the health care field! Office was clean. I did see a "gas machine" but he did not do IV sedation, he said. And "there are no EMT staff" during surgery.
