I contacted Dan and was told they would only reimburse me for the $ sent in this past year. After going back and forth I got a last email and it was so rude. They are keeping $200 & have never done anything for me except loose all the work I put into the process and keep $200...$ in escrow pd to them over a year ago. What a horrible experience... I suppose if I went through with my "simple" bankruptcy and pay all the $ for it I might have been treated better.

It was obvious she hadnt looked at my file since we were in court previously...Thats why she started spouting figures in court no 1 had ever discussed..She appeared confused and not at all prepared.... The worst part is when she told the judge I was upset I lost in court... Hey Lucinda....You are the one that said I had a chance and cell phones should be split (remember??) Again I would represent myself before I would ever use her again. Here is another example of her lack of professionalism... I called 5 weeks ago since I havent received a balance statement since January. She asked that I send her an email. 2 emails later and 2 phone messages later still no response.
