Planning a wedding is stressful. You typically only go through it once, so you are navigating new waters for the first time and just figuring out things as you go. When I met with Joey on Zoom, he was extremely professional, personable, and already had an agenda for things to talk about. I thought we were just going to talk about him DJing music, but then he brought up extremely important questions about how the flow of the reception was going to go, how people were going to be announced from the wedding party, what vibe I wanted at what times etc... Even getting into the minute details of the importance on how to pronounce a name and what the correct title of that person was etc. Joey took the time to understand my wedding party and family dynamics, along with the vision I had for how I wanted the reception to be like. At the end of our conversation, I realized there were many small details that I had not considered before that were essential for my wedding to be successful without last minute panic moments. DAY SAVER. Let me tell ya! My wedding was beyond "over-the-top" and I am so so so SO grateful to have had Joey as our DJ and MC for the night. He has a very family-oriented vibe to him and a wizard level of skill with truly feeling out the mood of the room and DJ'ing accordingly to it. He is a wonderful person, as well.
