Bill arrived 90 mins late and he had an attitude from the very beginning. He got frustrated with his helper and was talking to him very disrespectfully because the helper couldn't find the hole for the recessed light in the attic. The helper drilled three holes in the plywood in my attic trying to find the recessed light. Later, Bill wanted to make holes in the walls to run wires. I asked how many, where, and how large because the holes would have to be repaired. He didn't like me asking questions and he very rudely answered me. Bill kept making very dark marks all over my walls and I asked him could he make the marks lighter so I wouldn't have to paint over all the marks. Bill said that at this point he was leaving the job because I was telling him how to do his job. I simply made one request. He packed up all his stuff, pulled the wire from the recessed light and left me with a hole in my ceiling with a non operational light. As you can see from the pictures, he made a large circle in my ceiling, he made a large black smudge on my living room wall. He put my dimmers/switches back in the wall, but he didn't reinstall one of the dimmers properly. When I informed him, he refused to fix it back to its original state. He stated that the switch cover would have to be removed again. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! He is completely unprofessional.

Much better. Fan installation went great. They were easy to communicate with setting up installation time which I had to change do to getting correct down rod. I would highly recommend them.
