Upon arriving and attempting to check in the front desk associate advises me they do not have me scheduled. She asks if I booked online and I advised I did and received a confirmation email. She then proceeds to tell me their online system doesn't work and that I need to call the office to book. Which A. as a first time patient how would I know their online system doesn't work and B. If this is a continued problem they are aware of, how come they have not corrected it. She then proceeds to tell me they called and left a voicemail cancelling my appointment which they never did leave a VM. I cannot say if they truly called or not but I definitely never received a VM advising me it was cancelled. All and all not a great first impression with scheduling and in addition their front desk staff attempted to make me feel as though it was my fault for not calling in advance/claiming they left a VM. Would highly recommend seeking care elsewhere as they clearly do not sympathize with their clients nor make an effort to correct their errors and try to put blame on the client for their mistakes.

I have been very unhappy with the people at the front desk for a long time but I just let it go because I liked my PCP. Lately it has been getting worse with how they treat not only me but I also hear how they treat other people. Depending on the situation they can be very rude and disrespectful to certain people. I have canceled my future appointments with them and I told them that I am going somewhere else they couldn't care less. I am in the process of finding another doctor's office with more respectful employees. It's a shame how this office has gone downhill since I first started going there.

Been having knee issues. Got bad enough to see doc but could not get an appointment. Called…read moreNextCare and was able to make an appointment same day. Nice facility and friendly staff. The nurse and Nurse Practitioner were both very skilled with excellent bedside manner. A little out of my way but worth the drive the next time I need help! Thanks to my wife for validating that they take out insurance before we reached out. Receptionist did the same verification which was helpful and thorough.

I began going to Hormones by Design from a recommendation. They had stated they had a good…read moreexperience with the office and was receiving better care than at our primary care office. I decided to try it out because I have been having issues with PCOS and weight my entire life, and I would say I did not have a good experience. When I would call to make appointments, it would always depend on who answered for how I would be treated, whether making an appointment or trying to give my doctor more information. As for the actual appointment, it felt like I was being rushed during every appointment and wasn't receiving a full review of my lab reports or even being asked in more detail about the history of my medical issues. To me, it felt like because I'm a young patient, that my struggles with weight and PCOS were not taken seriously because of being young. The last appointment that I had I was there early and checked in, and waited for 45 minutes in the doctor's office before being seen, and when she did come in she was only in there for about 10-15 minutes. For what I paid and the experience I had, I would not recommend this office. I know some have had a good experience, but for me I will not be going back.

I felt better first few years but over time there has been significant diminishing returns. Doses given are WAY too high, which initially makes you feel better, but then comes the crash. Blood testing seems worthless and gets $$ since levels can change daily, and they require them constantly. Plus there are plenty of other issues that can cause the symptoms we are led to believe are hormone related. Lots of HYPE here and treatment is not always medically sound. I was told to come in biweekly for injections instead of monthly and my testosterone is now WAY too high and I have most unacceptable hair growth plus other major inflammatory issues. I have quit and found another provider who won't push the envelope with my health. Do your homework, and don't believe everything you hear. Hormone levels that are too HIGH cause side effects!
