With a very nice staff and quite reasonable prices; we most always pick something up for the girls. They love it and it is a nice place to shop. Went is shopping and overheard this young lady who wanted to exchange a necklace she received. What a horrible place that they shamed her and then gave her a smaller charm and charged her an uncharged because the price of silver went up. The store owner was so nasty and I felt so bad for this young lady. I will never buy a gift for anyone in here now. Then I heard from another customer they contacted the person she sold it to to let them know it was exchanged. Shop somewhere else people. These type of places should not be supported. I never write reviews but I had to for this place. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. There was a man working there who exhibited very creepy behavior. The women working in the store enabled his behavior and also created a very judgmental uninviting and chaotic environment. They judged customers based on how they looked and whether they looked like they could afford the clothing.The clothes can be bought elsewhere so do so!! If you are a woman that does not want to enter a judgmental and creepy environment stay clear. I would never want any woman to feel as uncomfortable I did in that store. read more

I always stop by to say hello and check for new arrivals every day. They always have in season piece from Herno, Ulla Johnson, Brochu Walker, Penelope Chilvers, Clare V, as well as new and undiscovered brands. They have an extensive collection of needlepoint canvases for advanced stitchers and beginners as well, and are always so friendly. Erica Wilson has some of that awesome/expensive/hip beach attire that Nantucket is so good at. However, I really dig their current display of bracelets made in Mali that go to charity and a Nantucket pendant that can be layered with other charms. A lot in this store can be dressed up or dressed down. The staff here is unobtrusive but almost too distant. I probably could have used a push on some [nonexistent] purchases. Oh well. read more

Obsessed with this store! Visit every time I'm on island. Great selection of sundresses and accessories, super cute Pajamas. Got a set for the family with little Nantucket islands on them for our Christmas card, nephews love how comfy they are and actually wear them lol. Pretty needlepoint canvases too, something I'd love to get more into. A little intimidating as a beginner but staff was super knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great starter piece. I ordered two voyager medallions and chain in December and it's going on four months and I still have not received the jewelry. I've called three times and each time they say I will get my stuff within two weeks and then I don't! They charged my debit card back in December when I placed the order. This is ridiculous!
