As I have never been an Amazon shopper or a high-volume, high-frequency online shopper, I'm pleased by the choice of platform. Delivery has always been quick, and I live two (large) states away. I've called a few times with questions and messages were returned promptly and cheerfully when I did not get through directly to the proprietor. I am happy to transact with this family-owned business for years to come. I had only bought quality emu-based products once before, over a decade earlier, from a vendor in another part of Washington State. That business is no longer available, at least not to an out-of-state customer. I feel lucky to have discovered 3 Feathers with a bit of online browsing.
