It is only worth fixing on my machine if the rest of the machine is in decent shape. Victor checked it out and found it is worth fixing. But before going to that expense he did all he could to give them a bit more life. I'm sure I will have them replaced relatively soon. He could have encouraged me to buy a new machine instead, which would have benefited the store and cost me much more. He didn't do that. I so appreciate his honesty.

I later returned to the store to purchase fabric and other items. July 29, 2025 I purchased some items including a ruler that cost $42.50 + tax. When I got home I realized I already had the ruler and about 1 week later tried to return it in it's UNOPENED package (I live in the hills so it is about a 30 minute drive to the store so I didn't immediately try to return the item). I was told they do not give cash refunds, only store credit because, quote "some people abused the return policy". This is a violation of Washington State Law but they don't care. I took the following information from Washington's Consumer Protection Agency's site: 1. Disclose the return policy: Retailers must clearly communicate their return policy to customers before they make a purchase. This can be done through signs in the store, information on the receipt, or on the retailer's website. 2. How many days does a customer have to return a product under Washington's consumer protection regulations? Under Washington's consumer protection regulations, a customer has seven business days to return a product for any reason. 9. Minimum Return Policy Disclosures - Retailers must clearly display their store's minimum return policy -- whether it is no refund at all or store credit only -- on all signs and receipts. I have decided to keep the ruler and never do business with them again. Nowhere is it posted in their store about the return policy, it is attached to the receipt which you get AFTER you have paid for the product making it non-returnable. Of course, I doubt that they care if I come back because they already got the big money from me.

Strike 1. Strike 2. Was purchased 2 black diamond pans was assured at purchase that these pans were non stick, well I made a steak, 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon and everything stuck. Brought the pans back only to find out their policy changed to no refunds or return for instore credit. I've been cooking for over 40 years and I supposedly misused the pan? What was there response. No warranty, no refund, no exchange you're just out of luck. Oh and after I commented that these were "non-stick" they corrected me by saying they clean up like non stick! If using a fry pan on medium heat, hand washed, cooked 3 times in them and doesn't clean up like "non-stick" then it's defective. I will tell Everyone I know about not only Kitchen Inspirations I'm telling them about those expensive pans and an over 200 knife that are crap quality.

If I didn't know any better, I would swear it's a brand new installation. I have a very small coat closet off the front door that I had them leave untouched just to keep some history of what it once was. Excellent work. Professional, responsive, and on-time. If I had anymore hardwood floors, I would definitely call them again.

Otherwise, I don't have much positive to say about Divine Surface. Perhaps if you are a contractor and you are used to dealing with companies like this, they are fine, but as a homeowner spending 7k, I expect detailed information about my purchase, install, and every single design question I have. The person we worked with there was vague, inconsistent, and challenging to communicate with. We were never consulted on the cut-out for the sink and when we complained that we didn't get the flush edging (that even the template that came with the sink suggested), we were told "well everyone wants it this way so that's what we do." Well, we are not everyone and we're the ones paying for it so I expect to be consulted. The reply made me feel gaslit and silly for even asking rather than taking the time to work through it. They installed a piece of backsplash where we told them not to - an entire piece of quartz super-glued to your wall where you didn't tell them to put one - can you imagine? We were so tired of dealing with them at that point that we just left it there. The caulking done on the backsplash behind our sink was discolored and cracking one week after they did it - my own husband who is not a contractor re-did it himself and its 100x better. For 7k, I expect good caulking. To top it off, the folks they use for installation (which are contracted by Divine and I don't believe direct employees) are the rudest people I have ever worked with. They came to my house without masks on, and as a woman home alone I felt uncomfortable asking them to put them on, so I told this to our contact at Divine Surfaces. To his credit, he did talk to them but boy oh boy did that installer make a show of putting on his mask when he came back to our house to re-install the sink. He grunted short responses to my questions, wouldn't look me in the eye and made sure I saw allllll the effort it took him to remove his shoes for my hardwood floors and put a mask on. I actually felt scared being alone in the house with him, he was that rude. Overall, this company lacks communication and more importantly, compassion or interest in their customers needs. My advice - source the same quality products from Bedrosians directly or from a different company, skip the hassle of going through Divine Surface.

I was surprised at his availability and readiness to start the next project as mostly every contractor I know is super booked for months but I soon realized why... the work he did at our business was horrible. Here are just a few: * Did epoxy flooring in our basement. He blamed the floor and the product itself for it remaining sticky and then cracking. That could have been the case but he also did our stairs and did not bother to vacuum or sweep and just added the epoxy to a dirty floor which looked horrible afterwards as you could tell there was dirt underneath it and even some dog kibble. *Did some drywall and ceiling patches which have been the sloppiest I have ever seen. Even after I asked him to fix it, they remained super visible and raised. *Did some tile flooring and it honestly looks like I did it myself. From cutting corners and not cutting the tiles correctly to fit against the wall, to not doing the grout correctly (which we are now needing to redo), to not making sure tiles are even creating many trip hazards for my employees among other things. These are just a few of the things we experienced. I honestly feel super ripped off. His work is the sloppiest work I have ever seen and I have used MANY contractors. Yes, he is super affordable but trust me, you will end up paying so much more to have things repaired/fixed after he's done.

What made this process even easier is the fact they are also a high tech fabrication shop too. They worked with us on design and his to get the best use of the natural stone we chose. They use a camera and computer simulation to show how the counter will look in your house. It was amazing. Guy was able to match our bookend slabs in such a way the seams disappeared.
