Brought the pans back only to find out their policy changed to no refunds or return for instore credit. I've been cooking for over 40 years and I supposedly misused the pan? What was there response. No warranty, no refund, no exchange you're just out of luck. Oh and after I commented that these were "non-stick" they corrected me by saying they clean up like non stick! If using a fry pan on medium heat, hand washed, cooked 3 times in them and doesn't clean up like "non-stick" then it's defective. I will tell Everyone I know about not only Kitchen Inspirations I'm telling them about those expensive pans and an over 200 knife that are crap quality.

The two men in the office were nice enough looked at the drawing given, asked pertinent questions, and said they would get us the info in a day or so. After a week I called and again they had no idea what we were talking about and that the other gentleman in the office must have it. Said they would look for the paper and call us on Monday.
