This is a follow up review from our earlier installation a few years ago. I gave Eric's a 5 then and if I could give them a 6 or more now I would. My awning got stuck open in a storm and it appeared to have bent. One side was much lower than the other. First, Eric gave me a bunch of advice over the phone to try to fix it. When that didn't work, despite how busy he was with other repairs, he came by and was able to adjust the awning and fix the problem in five minutes. He is incredibly thorough and stands behind his work like no other. I cannot recommend him higher! read more

I purchased a SunSetter awning a few years ago and used my builder for installation, adjustments were never made. I began having issues with the awning closing properly and was lucky to find Eric's Awnings. I was looking for a Sunsetter Awning for my home. Chris came over reviewed my house and decided that the Sunsetter would not work with the angles of my home. He offered another product but that also was turned out to not be an option. I truly felt bad it didn't work out. My husband and I recently purchased a home that has a sunsetter awning. We (stupidly) left it open overnight and woke up to a very broken awning the next day. I reached out to Eric that morning and he was able to come by to assess the situation that afternoon. Eric, prior to installation and especially the sale of the "Sunsetter" awning I purchased WAS very attentive and responsive to any and all questions I asked. He installed my awning and did a good job at that also. Where he failed was shortly after the purchase and installation when I called with a question regarding a scratch on the metal support and a request for a matching paint so it wouldn't rust in that area. He appeared annoyed and referred me to Sunsetter's customer service. I was also given a vinyl protective cover as part of the sale. When I went to install the cover I found out that was all he gave me and not the safety clips, cord locks and the balance of the kit required to install the safety cover. Rather than bother Eric I went directly to Sunsetter again. They were surprised at what had transpired and immediately sent out everything I needed. If you need anything going forward my advice to you would be to contact Sunsetter customer service as they are very helpful, courteous and appreciate the fact you bought their product. read more

Eric installed our Sunsetter Awning in the summer of 2015. Initially there was a strange manufacturer defect in the motor which was difficult to diagnose.
