The windows themselves are mediocre at best, especially considering the price. The screens feel flimsy, and there are noticeable gaps that let bugs in. I also paid extra for the upgraded glass package and honestly can't tell the difference. To make matters worse, some of the latches are already breaking. Compared to my 20+ year old Anderson windows, these don't even come close in quality or durability. Oh, and the siding they replaced outside is falling. I had much higher expectations.

He measured for the glass, talked with me about choices of color, etc. Painless process. They called when the glass was ready for installation and came the next day. I'm not sure if they used new screen as I had just done that myself and asked them to reuse it if they could to keep costs minimal, but needed to have two sides replaced as the screen was left with damage.
