Background: athletic active guy, but have had a desk job for the past decade. During that time I have had lower back issues ranging from debilitating back spasms to constant pain for the past ten years. Richard quickly identified structural issues with my hips and corrected them. I had 10 treatments over a couple of months. As a result the first thing I noticed was that I no longer had a constant awareness to my back pain. That may seem minor, but when that affects you for such a longer time it is a major change.
