She calls another lady over who tells me I have to tip 20% and when I push back on it because I'm already over paying by 10 they just keep telling me 20% and online isn't correct. I have never felt so disrespected and uncomfortable at a massage place. I ended asking for a refund and to cancel the appointment because if you don't like my tip then I can take my business elsewhere.
