I had a very disappointing experience at the FTCE Pearson testing location in Melbourne. The…read moremanager, Donna, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to show any compassion or patience during a stressful situation. When I arrived for my exam, I was asked to provide identification, which I did. Unfortunately, my maiden name and married name did not match the system. I immediately tried to resolve the issue by having my husband bring my marriage certificate so I would not lose my exam appointment or the money I paid. Instead of showing understanding or trying to help, Donna bluntly told me he had "10 minutes" to get there or I would lose both my exam and my money, and that I could "take it up with an 800 number." I completely understand that employees must follow policies, but there is a huge difference between doing your job and treating people with kindness, professionalism, and respect. As a manager, I would expect someone in that position to handle situations with more empathy and willingness to assist, especially when people are already nervous and stressed about taking important exams. I do not recommend this location based on my experience, and I sincerely hope improvements are made in how test-takers are treated in the future.

The proctor staff was ready for my appointment and ready to go with their portion of introduction and testing preparation. They were courteous enough to ask if I needed anything before entering the testing room. Overall an exceptional and calm environment that didn't raise my test-talking anxiety.. that really goes a long way with me! really appreciated their service today, thank you!

She explained how they only cancel and give a refund for hurricane weather. That's fine. However, the smart remarks are not. Very unprofessional. I'm a new driver and I have driving anxiety. I don't feel comfortable or confident driving in the rain yet. I've decided to take the loss (out $170) and I won't be coming back. I wouldn't recommend scheduling driving lessons with the Florida Safety Council. Nobody deserves to be spoken to that way.

We are only in week 3 of tutoring but already her attitude towards math is more positive and her confidence is being built. She goes three times a week for one hour sessions, and the tutors rotate around the room assisting. The manager Brandon pays close attention & is very kind with the kids, my daughter loves him. I wanted to give it 5 stars but didn't due to the expense. 1. I don't like contracts & you have to sign up for at least 3 months, if you cancel there is a $110 fee. 2. We did the 6 month contract , it's well over $300 a month ( yikes) . This stings.

They have been extremely helpful with navigating the stressful 2020 school year, in particular trying to cram in a year's course with an EOC exam waiting at the end in one semester. They always listen to my concerns and adjust my daughter's learning plan accordingly. I agree with other reviews that it is pricy and contracts stink. Looking forward to when I get the extra money back every month but also grateful I am not fighting with my kiddo every day to get her math done. :)
