When reporting a problem to a teacher my experiences have only been unsatisfactory and quite frankly a slap in the face . They continue to brush things under the rug and never hold any accountability for these actions . I also experienced academic misinformation which was an ultimate red flag where the teacher blamed the technical difficulties the school was having within the computer system but once I was informed that it would be fixed it never was months later . I tried to give the school another try but yet another let down . Just overall unorganized and favoritism towards certain situations . Nothing is taken seriously unless they feel it should be which in the few cases Ive endured they could careless and the students may as well not have a voice because of this conflict resolution crap . I came for a free class in the past and they have nice classrooms upstairs. Downstairs they have the storefront with lots of merchandise to purchase. Then they have the checkin area, and the actual range behind. There is also an area with glass windows where your people can sit and watch yall shooting. The range had 12 lanes and was in good shape. Service: The man signing us up was quiet but polite. Then the man who gave my kid the class was friendly and knowledgeable... (I believe his name was John) he gave my kiddo the confidence to shoot the gun for the first time and she did amazing!! He even helped us on the range when she started veering off the target.
