We Called OK Tire and they were awesome. Jeff checked to see if they had the tires and they did (at a good price) and had put them on for us within an hour of our calling them on a Friday. We were so relieved to get this done and can't recommend these folks who have a definite can-do attitude!

Called Kal Tire (Sudbury, Falconbridge location) after Costco told me I would need all new winter…read moretires, and they were able to patch the one leaking tire and saved me hundreds of dollars. Previously, I had my summer to winter tires changed at Costco, and the next day had a flat tire. Went back to Costco, and they said there was something wrong with my *2 year old* winter tires and I would need all new ones. So I called Kal tire and they offered a great deal on winter tires, so I agreed to take the car in (at this point there was no way I was dealing with Costco). Well, Kal tires inspected the tires, filled them up, patched the one tire that was leaking, and I was on my way. Literally saved me over $800 by helping fix the one tire that had a small leak. I will definitely be going back, they were very candid and didn't try to upsell me at all. 10/10!!

I booked an appointment, via the Kal-Tire website, for a switchover (winter to summer) and…read morealignment. A few days later, a representative called me to reschedule; the website permits you to book an alignment at 4pm, but due to staffing challenges, they cannot accommodate the request. On the day of the appointment, I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time. During check-in, they provided an ETA of an hour. An hour later, my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot, untouched. Once my vehicle was brought in and the wheels removed, they informed me that due to minor damage to one of the summer tires, they were unable to install the summer tires. Upon learning this, I requested that the winter tires be re-installed. Forty five minutes later, I learned they had installed 2 summer tires and 2 winter tires (despite my request) and charged me $70 for doing so. When I asked why, the sale rep explained, we didn't think you wanted to wait longer. Oh, and I didn't get an alignment either. Two and a half hours for 2 tires. Absolutely horrible service, I will not return.
