My Epic Embroidery machine began to birdnest while I had been embroidering a continuous design. I was almost done with my quilt and had to have it serviced. Eric generously did not charge for cleaning and oiling my machine because he could not repair my machine. He advised me to take it to an Husqvarna dealer because it was obvious that a major part needed to be replaced. It was very generous of him not to charge me for the time he invested in it. So ... I was in the middle of a major sewing project and as my needle went down it sounded like I hit a pin, but it didn't. I let out a little scream. At that point, the needle was locked in the down position and wouldn't budge. I panicked ~ this has never happened in my many years of sewing. I'm up north for the summer and I have no idea who to go to.I panicked again! Then I thought to call Eric who has previously done a wonderful job servicing my serger and machine. He patiently walked me through diagnosing the problem and patiently gave me advice on what I could do on my end, then like a miracle, I was able to loosen everything up and remove the needle. My mom has been sewing for decades. She has a lot of fancy equipment - including expensive sewing machines, sergers, and embroidery machines. This is a big hobby of hers. Eric has been around for many many years in the business doing things hands on over the years he's learned all the ins and outs of the trade and he's quite talented . He can fix any machine there is if you need anything to be serviced or updated upgraded fix tweaked whatever he's the person to take it to I just by chance found him again this year didn't realize he's the same person that I had service my other machine 2 years ago because all the other machine shops send their repairs out to him to have them repaired. He comes highly recommended. he has fair prices and is very passionate about his work most of all he's probably the most knowledgeable one in the field on this Coast. we all know that our machines are our babies so we don't just want to entrust them to anyone so I'm here to tell you that he's a decent person, he's trustworthy, locally owned and operated, he knows his stuff and I'm certain he will get you back to stitching in no time.
