The next day he was able to come over with his son and snake a drain that was suspected to be clogged. After five minutes, they were able to get our drain unclogged. Bill made some recommendations on what to do for the future, how to properly take care of our drain and make sure that we don't have any more issues, and even suggested in due time repairing some of our old piping, whenever it was convenient for us. Prices seemed very reasonable, and we're not trying to be gouged in someone's time of need.
