Again, it was a while before I tried the generator again and it still didn't work. I talked with a neighbor down the road, and he gave me the number of the electrician he uses. I called them and they came out and told me it's a good thing it didn't work because it was not hooked up correctly. I could have caused an explosion, and even ruined my generator. That company (Efficient Electric) fixed it safely on their 2nd visit. I'm out the money I paid to United Electric in the end.
