The cost of the project, when you break it down, shows that a good portion of that cost goes to somewhere other than the work being done or the cost of materials. When you pay over 10k for a project then you expect a professional job and not the bare minimum then the rest disappear. These are my opinions and experience. Your results may be different. I feel the job was rushed, corners cut and again. When you pay a lot of money then you would expect at least 3/4 or more of that finance to go towards labor and product. Heck, If I can earn $4,000 or more just by making a few phone calls... Order and deliver some wholesale pavers, hire someone to remove old concrete, A team of foreign laborors from South America, then count me in but that is exactly my experience. So let's just say I refuse to hire this company again and leave it at that.

Climbing the old chairs we had was uncomfortable and overall uninviting. I reached out to Carlos with Zorcon and gave him the general idea of this fairly small project. Carlos is a good communicator, friendly, and most importantly, he makes sure you're happy! I really appreciate that about him. He and his crew handled this project well, even with the bumps in the road, and made sure all my desired details were put in place such as extra electrical outlets. If I had to gripe about anything, it's that I believe he and his crew would benefit from slowing down a bit to really ensure the quality of work is good the first time--and also ensure they're prepared with needed tools and materials to minimize all the trips to Home Depot and such. I did have to call them back at least twice to fix the drywall and fix a leak under the sink that I think could have been avoided with proper work lights to see details of drywall work better and such. However, despite that, I am happy! We love the island's new design. It's so comfortable and inviting now thanks to them. I enjoyed Carlos' attitude, honesty, as well as his friendly crew. Then in October, Hurricane Milton decided to take down one of our neighbors tall pines which slammed right through the pool enclosure and into our pool. Half of the aluminum and screens were demolished. It took two+ months for our insurance company to tell us that they wouldn't replace it, and to repair it would cost less than the deductible. So we were two months behind everyone else who was looking to repair from the hurricane. We got a lot of quotes. Some companies took a month to get us a quote. Almost no companies would quote us on repair, only replace. Structural integrity and all that. Of all the companies we got estimates from, ASAP was the best with price and communication. It was an easy choice. It took a few weeks to get the project started, but they had told us that would be the case. They pulled the permits and once they got started, it was a matter of days, and ...perfect new pool enclosure. The communication was great the whole process and we are happy to have it completed.
