After their inspection, they told me the solution was to replace my entire breaker box, which had just recently been upgraded. Their estimate was over $10,000 and they said it would "possibly" fix the problem. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion. Enter Travis from Zero Dark Knights Electrical. Within about two hours, Travis carefully diagnosed the real problem: a small issue with an outlet where the ground wire was not connecting properly, which was causing the electrical failure to multiple rooms. Instead of recommending unnecessary work, he pinpointed the exact issue and fixed it quickly at a very reasonable rate. Travis was polite, friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. It's rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely honest about what actually needs to be fixed. He saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of stress.
