They came over on time, working as a team to get it done as soon as possible. I learned that Tory, Lou's son, is a Marine Veteran, and had a good conversation with him while he was working as I'm a retired Marine Master Sergeant myself. The job was done quickly and efficiently, they cleaned up after themselves and took the old flourescent bulbs, ballasts, and new bulb boxes with them to dispose of at no extra charge, and Lou gave me a military discount as well. Their excellent work, great attitude, and reasonable pricing with a military discount has ensured that they will be my first call if I ever have any electric problems in the future.
