He appreciated some of our grand ideas and helped us turn our vision into reality. During the shower refurbishment, the team discovered a pinhole leak in my wife's bathroom (both bathrooms share the same wet wall) and was able to fix it quickly and inexpensively--what a relief! There were no setbacks, and his crew was a fantastic group of professionals. My positive experience led us to have them tile all our bedrooms, install ceiling fans in the house and on the patio, and now they are putting in a beautiful, efficient new water heater for us. I suddenly lost electricity to two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and I had no idea what the cause was. I initially had Home Team Electric come out to diagnose the issue. After their inspection, they told me the solution was to replace my entire breaker box, which had just recently been upgraded. Their estimate was over $10,000 and they said it would "possibly" fix the problem. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion. Enter Travis from Zero Dark Knights Electrical. Within about two hours, Travis carefully diagnosed the real problem: a small issue with an outlet where the ground wire was not connecting properly, which was causing the electrical failure to multiple rooms. Instead of recommending unnecessary work, he pinpointed the exact issue and fixed it quickly at a very reasonable rate. Travis was polite, friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. It's rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely honest about what actually needs to be fixed. He saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of stress. He's willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is in working order and then some -- when he was here working on my swamp coolers, he even fixed a random bit of my roof that he noticed was broken right before he was supposed to be leaving, just out of the kindness of his heart and at no expense to me. He really takes his time to make sure everything is good to go and communicates thoroughly so that there aren't any questions left by the time he's finished.
