I schedule my next appointment for 7/26 for a procedure, I come in and pay my 35 dollar co-payment and have a seat. About 10 mins late a girl at the second window calls me up and says " I just called your insurance and you owe 360 today." Mind you I scheduled this appointment almost 2 months ago, and feel like this was something they should've have checked before my arrival. I asked the girl why did they wait so long to call and she then replied VERY RUDELY "it's your insurance and you should've known this!!" My copayment is what I was expecting, and to spring an almost 400 bill on someone the day of a procedure is unacceptable for any medical office. To TOP it off the person that was giving the information was ridiculous about the whole situation. I work in the medical(Parker Adventist), dental field and that is NOT okay on any level. People that come into your office I'm sure would appreciate knowing what the cost is days before and NOT the day of the procedure. Your Doctors are amazing at this office, but your front staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will NOT be back!

After a freak accident, I went to CFI because I thought something was wrong after the professionals…read moreat urgent care said I was fine. I'm glad I went! He was able to get imaging done (that previous doctors did not do) and find a torn tendon in my big toe. Dr. Mechanik did my surgery and was so kind and detailed in his explanation as to what he was going to do. After surgery I was even able to get in for an emergency appointment to get more medication. He was gentle with every checkup and you could tell that he cared. As someone who didn't have a ton of $$$ for this, the staff went above and beyond to let me know about resources that have cheaper options (ex. lower costs for MRI imaging, free medical equipment rental, and finding a PT that wouldn't break the bank). I was truly blown away with how much this office cared. Every time I went in I was greeted by name (not my legal name listed on my chart) with smiles. Renee at the front desk is an angel. I cannot recommend them enough!

So, I asked someone I know and trust who they would recommend for a somewhat complicated foot surgery (my second), and this person wholeheartedly recommended Dr. Hunt. Thus far, Dr. Hunt and his staff have absolutely exceeded my expectations! I could not be more pleased! Huge thank you to Dr. Hunt, his team, and the CU Health staff! Woke up after first surgery and 9 screws. 2 weeks later after my first check in appt, got a blood infection. Week in the hospital and another surgery to clean the incisions. Was doing great, healing up and one of the screws broke free and wanted to popup out of my foot. Third surgery, "they do that sometimes" . Healing up after that and start having a bone pushing down in the arch of my foot. This caused a sore to develop. Another surgery, "15 min on my table and it will take care of it" all these surgeries, the sore is back, i cant move my foot correctly and its not aligned right. sore is back again and I am looking for someone ti fix it right!

I had called while they were closed for lunch, and the call center sent me to the voicemail. I waited three days, and finally called Elite Foot and Ankle, in Lone Tree, spoke with the actual doctor (they apparently answer the phone when the receptionist doesn't), and got an appointment for the NEXT DAY. Avoid Red Rocks, or try calling when they're not out to lunch. Heh, heh. Very disappointing. They're literally down the street from my house, and also provide PT. But they blew it. If I need PT (foot is still in a walking boot, but I'm doing Pilates), I will absolutely NOT go to this unreliable place. I like businesses that return phone calls.

As a mom it is very hard to be okay with your child having to go through this.
